We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.

· Read production orders on diet cards on trays to determine items to place on tray
· Place items such as eating utensils, napkins, and condiments on trays
· Prepare food items such as sandwiches, salads, soups, and beverages under the supervision of the cook
· Place servings in blender to make foods for soft or liquid diets
· Apportion and place food servings on plates and trays according to diet list on diet card
· Examine filled tray for completeness and quality assurance of food tray and place on cart
· Push carts to dining room or halls and serve trays to residents
· Collect and stack dirty dishes on cart and return cart to kitchen
· Store food and supplies properly
· Wash dishes and clean work area, tables, cabinets, and ovens
· Collect and place garbage and trash in designated containers
· Record amount and type of special food items served to residents

The CNA works under the close direction of nursing, medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Responsibilities include assisting patients by supporting personal hygiene, daily living needs and vital sign monitoring. Pay ranges from $19 - $23 per hour depending on experience.
Qualifications
Tennessee CNA license or ability to obtain license
Current CPR
One year experience in acute care, long term care, emergency or correctional setting preferred
Corrections experience not required
Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Shift: Will work 16 hours per week - flexible with scheduling
