Cons of working at DynaFire
Right now- everything is a con and I do mean con. Overbilling or prebilling customers then getting mad at the departments that don’t even handle the money. A whole bunch of new titles passed out for the friends and family, people getting fired like crazy, and a CEO with no filter or professionalism.

What do you like best about DynaFire's CEO and the leadership team?
Nothing. There were a few good ones but they get run off by the yes-men and bad business practices. Everything left is a bunch of people trying to make one out of touch guy feel special.
How would you improve DynaFire's culture?
Stop using the world culture, it’s a joke to labor. You don’t care about us, you don’t care about customers, you don’t care about quality- you care about vendors making you feel special.
How did you prepare for the DynaFire interview?
Not much. Old coworker recommended me and I was hired quick.
How does your compensation at DynaFire compare to the industry average?
On the low side but a whole lot of promises and bonus talk that never went anywhere

What brings you the most joy at DynaFire?
Sounds bad but knowing I’m getting out before it goes belly up and that most of the company feels exactly like I do

Cons of working at DynaFire
Managers are afraid of the owner and play it off like “we just got to do what he says” instead of them standing up for the work being done right. He is all over the place and they tell us to just do whatever big change is given, even if it is the wrong thing. So we work harder and spend time on projects that don’t even get looked at just so they can avoid saying anything to the owner?!

Low, that and management is why I’m leaving
What's the diversity at DynaFire like?
It’s diverse because we’re labor. The office is all friends of the family and young females the owner hires.
