Dynalec company history timeline

1960

Founded in 1960 in Rochester, New York, Dynalec's first product was a ship’s entertainment center manufactured for the United States Navy.

1983

November 1983 Dynalec acquires Sound Powered Telephone product line from Comdial.

1988

December 1988 Dynalec acquires Synchro Signal Amplifier and Ships Course Indicator product line from Sperry Marine.

1997

December 1997 Dynalec acquires complete IC/SM Alarm Monitoring system product assets of Wing Corporation.

1999

June 1999 Dynalec acquires DCSS (Digital Conferencing Switching System) product line from Lucent Technologies.

2019

The expansion area is expected to be on-line in mid-2019.
