Job duties include: Establish and maintain excellent communications with customers, including scheduling and conducting meetings, and clearly communicating to them operational processes, capabilities, and constraints. Establish and maintain exceptional customer relationship, including scheduling and conducting regular review meetings; accurately discerning customer needs and expectations; and promptly addressing and resolving customers concerns or issues, elevating to senior leadership team as required. Collaborate with organizational leaders to set department strategic goals, develop action plans, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to achieve set goals.
