Educational Foundation:

Overview
The Survey Technician is primarily responsible for assisting in land surveying duties. Responsibilities include a variety of technical duties in the areas of surveying, construction, operations, and maintenance in support of surveyors, staff engineers and supervisors. Responsibilities
• Perform selected survey assignments, quickly and accurately.
• Perform a variety of surveys including site surveys, boundary, topographic, plot plans, roadway utility and subdivision plans.
• Preparation and set-up of survey data for field crews.
• Reduce field notes from raw data to base maps.
• Review grade sheets.

The Environmental Technical Professional is responsible for providing accurate notes and descriptions of all field activities while reporting to their respective supervisor daily. The Environmental Technical Professional will also be required to provide accurate site inspection reports (SIRs), daily summary emails to their immediate supervisor, and provide accurate project documentation as per the Dynamic Earth engineering handbook. Office duties will include, data evaluation, entry, technical writing, research, document preparation and file management. Responsibilities
Conduct environmental site evaluations, testing, and inspection services.
Assist with the completion of site investigation activities such as soil borings and/or test pit excavations, and other supporting tasks as deemed necessary by Supervisor.
Complete soil, ground water, and air sampling and investigations.
Pickup and drop-off samples to laboratories.
Earthwork oversight (overexcavation of fill material, excavation of contaminated soils, etc.).
Conduct Post excavating samples.
Test pit oversight.
Complete project data analysis and report writing.
Complete ASTM Phase I site assessments.
Develop standard operating procedures for the equipment under the direction of a senior engineer.
Maintain the instruments in calibrated condition, collecting and reporting data to the manager, managing lab supply/inventory, and assisting in preparation of reports/presentations.
Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Geology or related engineering field.
1-4 years' experience in Environmental Engineering.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle.
American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Phase I site assessment experience and knowledge of New Jersey state regulations and guidelines. (preferred)
Must have hands-on experience with metric and English tools.
40 Hours OSHA training preferred.

The Environmental Scientist is responsible for environmental remediation projects which include remediation design and implementation. The Environmental Scientist will be involved in field work to support environmental site characterization, Phase I/II site assessment, engineering, and remediation projects. Field tasks include the coordination, implementation, and documentation of: soil, groundwater, air, and soil vapor sampling; remediation system O&M; soil boring/well installation; contractor oversight. Office duties include data reduction/evaluation, technical analysis, and reporting of project work while working with oversight from the Senior Engineer/Principal.
Responsibilities
Investigate, measure and evaluate environmental conditions and carry out relevant research, development, planning, design, advisory and related engineering activities.
Provide environmental guidelines and assistance in training as required.
Interact with clients and vendors as necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Compile data, make detailed calculations and perform QA/QC once report(s) is prepared to meet government requirements.
Determine data collection methods to ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulatory requirements.
Prepare graphs, charts, and statistical models from collected data.
Apply principles of engineering to solve environmental problems.
Oversee and direct contractors concerning project work scope, development, execution, completion of reports and all documents to bring the project to closure.
Stay current with applicable Environmental regulations and applicable guidance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology or related engineering field.
3-6 years' experience in environmental consulting, including project management, phase I and II investigations, and soil, surface water, and groundwater monitoring and sampling.
Engineer-In-Training (EIT) preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle.
American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Phase I site assessment experience and knowledge of state regulations and guidelines.
40 hour OSHA training, preferred
Familiar with the use of AutoCAD to assist in the production of site plan drawings.
Experience dealing with regulatory agencies and review professionals.
Proficient in the use of available mapping websites for due diligence and site investigation purposes.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.
Must have hands-on experience with metric and English tools.
Self-starter who can work independently and with team members.
Independent and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the project management, leadership, profitability and client management for a design team. Responsibilities include project management, financial performance, loss prevention, budgeting, workload and staff balancing, preparation of technical proposals, monitoring of project budgets, staff supervision and scheduling of key projects.
The Project Manager will maintain presence and leadership throughout the regions where we do business through involvement in civic, professional and business organizations. This is a leadership position that also includes mentoring and developing staff.
Responsibilities
Project Management in the areas of Land Development Plan Design, Stormwater Management Design, Water and Sanitary Sewer Design and Erosion and Sedimentation Control Design.
Manage team assignments and balance workload in a deadline driven environment.
Provide vision and guidance to the firm in the area of Project Management.
Drive growth of the company's business model and promote business development.
Quality Control.
Permitting of federal, state and local regulatory agencies.
Provide technical assistance to staff and clients in resolving problems.
Prepare presentations to various land use related boards and jurisdictional agencies.
Building and managing client relationships, program and project management, promoting and selling strategic alliances.
Prepare proposals.
Guide, manage and support the delivery of projects and programs to ensure quality, and on-schedule and on-budget completion.
Financial management of projects including accounts receivable.
Lead projects through hands-on project management and actively manage the project plan, deliverables, dependencies and outcome of assigned projects to ensure projects are on-schedule and on budget.
Client management and overall satisfaction.
Mentor and develop staff.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
7+ years' experience in Civil Site Engineering (residential, institutional, industrial, and/or commercial site design and permitting experience).
Professional Engineer (PE) registration required.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle.
Familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Knowledge of Truck and Turning & Modeling software.
In depth knowledge of the planning and zoning processes.
Knowledge of Hydrologic and Hydraulic Stormwater Design.
Proficient in design and drafting capabilities.
Proficient grading and drainage design skills.
Utility design experience including pump station and force mains.
Experience dealing with regulatory agencies and review professionals.
Proficient in the use of available mapping websites for due diligence and site investigation purposes.
Construction oversight experience for site work.
Proficient in the use of the following design tools for site engineering:
AutoCAD Civil3D
Hydrology Software i.e. Hydraflow, HydroCAD, PondPack
Hydraulic Software i.e. Hydraflow, StormCAD, Storm and Sanitary Analysis (SSA)
HEC-RAS
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.
Proficient in the use of Bluebeam Revu and/or Adobe to prepare design document markups.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Independent and critical thinking abilities.
Superior organizational and delegation ability.
