Overview
The Survey Technician is primarily responsible for assisting in land surveying duties. Responsibilities include a variety of technical duties in the areas of surveying, construction, operations, and maintenance in support of surveyors, staff engineers and supervisors. The Survey Technician will assist with obtaining necessary data to complete surveys on behalf of the company.
Responsibilities
• Perform selected survey assignments, quickly and accurately.
• Perform a variety of surveys including site surveys, boundary, topographic, plot plans, roadway utility and subdivision plans.
• Preparation and set-up of survey data for field crews.
• Reduce field notes from raw data to base maps.
• Review grade sheets.
• Conduct post survey field data analysis.
• Complete construction layout calculations.
• Conduct grade sheet computations.
• Boundary Survey Resolution.
• ALTA/ASCM Land Title Survey Preparation.
• Topographic/Volume Analysis.
• Construction As-built Surveys and/or Layout Sketches.
• Preparation of Metes & Bounds Descriptions.
• Project Datum Conversion/Transformation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Surveying preferred.
• 0-2 years' experience in surveying.
• Must have flexibility in daily schedule start times, particularly early mornings.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Land Development Desktop.
• Knowledge of field survey operations, engineering and construction industry.
• Strong technical background.
• The ability to obtain OSHA 10 safety training and OSHA 40 safety training.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Project.

Overview
Dynamic Survey, a division of Dynamic Engineering Consultants is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual with field survey knowledge and experience for small and large scale commercial, residential and industrial projects. The Party Chief is responsible for surveying to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations and contours for construction, subdivisions, titles, or other land development purposes. Duties include all aspects of surveying including but not limited to: boundary, location, topographic, title and ALTA surveys, calculations, deed research, field data analysis, aerial ground control and topographic surveys, utility locations including pipe inverts and sizes, Right-of-Way Surveys, Wetland Location Surveys, and construction layout.
Responsibilities
• Conduct and analyze land, utility, boundary surveys, well location and construction stakeout.
• Process construction stakeout field preparations.
• Complete all field operations for a variety of surveying projects including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, transportation surveys, and construction layout.
• Project datum conversion/transformation.
• Maintains, cleans, and services survey equipment and vehicles as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• 5+ years' experience in land development surveying.
• 3+ years' field experience as a Party Chief.
• Must have flexibility in daily schedule start times, particularly early mornings.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle.
• Familiar with CIVIL3D and Land Development Desktop, a plus.
• Experience with Leica survey systems is a plus.

Overview
The Environmental Professional - Project Manager is responsible for project management, leadership, profitability and client management. Responsibilities include project management, coordination and oversight of field operations, technical proposal preparation, project budgeting and profitability, mentoring staff and staff supervision and project scheduling.
The Project Manager will maintain presence and leadership throughout the regions where we do business through involvement in civic, professional and business organizations. This is a leadership position that also includes mentoring and developing staff.
Responsibilities
Project Management in the areas of due diligence, site remediation, regulatory compliance and permitting.
Manage team assignments and balance workload in a deadline driven environment.
Business development.
Quality Control.
Permitting of federal, state and local regulatory agencies.
Hands on field supervision and subcontractor coordination.
Prepare technical proposals.
Financial management of projects including accounts receivable.
Budgeting and scheduling of projects.
Client management and overall satisfaction.
Mentor and develop staff.
Strong writing and computer skills.
Professional networking and marketing skills a plus.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or similar.
5 to 10 years' experience in Site Remediation (due diligence, site and remedial investigation, remediation design and implementation, regulatory compliance and permitting experience).
NJDEP Subsurface Evaluator/Closure Certification a plus.
Professional Geologist a plus.
40-Hour HAZWOPER training.
Valid driver's license.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excell, Word and Bluebeam.
Knowledge New Jersey LSRP support services (i.e. forms, reports, web-portal, deadlines).
Strong field experience and knowledge.
Remediation design and implementation services (i.e. VIMS, In-Situ, Ex-Situ, Excavation).
Soil characterization and waste management.
Experience dealing with regulatory agencies and review professionals.
Proficient in the use of available websites for due diligence and site investigation purposes.
Construction oversight experience for site work.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Independent and critical thinking abilities.
Superior organizational and delegation ability.
Ability to work and lead in a team oriented environment with a focus on staff development and mentoring.
Client management experience.
