Overview Dynamic Survey, a division of Dynamic Engineering Consultants is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual with field survey knowledge and experience for small to large scale commercial, residential and private sector projects. The Project Manager will maintain presence and leadership through the regions where we do business through involvement in civic, professional and business organizations. This is a leadership position that also includes mentoring and developing staff. Responsibilities Boundary, Title and ALTA Surveys. Aerial and Topographic Surveys Utility locations including pipe inverts and sizes. Construction Layout. Right-of-Way Surveys. Utility Surveys. Wetland Location Surveys. Prepare Proposals. The Party Chief is responsible for surveying to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations and contours for construction, subdivisions, titles, or other land development purposes. Duties include all aspects of surveying including but not limited to: boundary, location, topographic, title and ALTA surveys, calculations, deed research, field data analysis, aerial ground control and topographic surveys, utility locations including pipe inverts and sizes, Right-of-Way Surveys, Wetland Location Surveys, and construction layout. Responsibilities • Conduct and analyze land, utility, boundary surveys, well location and construction stakeout. • Process construction stakeout field preparations. • Complete all field operations for a variety of surveying projects including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, transportation surveys, and construction layout. • Project datum conversion/transformation. • Maintains, cleans, and services survey equipment and vehicles as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned.
