Cons of working at Dynamic Healthcare Services

Unpaid overtime is an expectation. The social dynamic is extremely cliquey to the point that the branch manager will not speak to you unless you’re apart of her circle. The “HR department” consists of only one person, so none of your complaints are actually going anywhere. The office looks depressing as there is almost no sunlight allowed in. Slurs are routinely thrown around. Your supervisor will most likely be incompetent. You will receive a lot of passive aggressive emails from both management and coworkers. Lastly, if you choose to not to work unpaid overtime, you are deemed as “not being committed enough”

How would you improve Dynamic Healthcare Services's culture?

The company culture will never improve without full structural changes. The negative working environment is something that starts at the top of the hierarchy, and is exacerbated by employees who go unchecked because the branch manager likes them well enough. It doesn’t matter how well you do at your job. You could be the most productive in the entire company. You will never get a promotion or a raise, and if they see fit, management is completely okay with fabricating and spreading rumors about you in order to get you fired. The poor company culture rests completely on the shoulders of management.

How does your compensation at Dynamic Healthcare Services compare to the industry average?

Very low pay for the amount of work you are expected to do. This coupled with the fact that the expectation is unpaid overtime, makes for a poor work/life balance.

What brings you the most joy at Dynamic Healthcare Services?

Some of my coworkers were nicer than the rest. Our common conversations always involved looking for other places to work though, which isn’t a great look when there are always multiple people looking to escape from working there

What's the diversity at Dynamic Healthcare Services like?

It’s okay. The area is diverse, so there most likely was not going to be a disparity in that regard
