The Shipping and Receiving Material Handler (internally Warehouse Parts Technician) is responsible for checking in the inbound truck drivers, unloading deliveries via forklift, verifying shipments, receiving via RDS scanner and labeling parts for put away upon receipt for incoming loads. Moving any Finished Skids of Ford Core to put away zones and supplying empty pallets in return.
Moving any received inventory, Skids, or Totes out of receiving area into outbound staging lanes or into Put away zones.
Should be capable of directing all material coming in and placing them into correct receiving lanes.
The ideal candidate can move materials around the warehouse safely and effectively. Experience of working in confined areas preferred. The warehouse picker should be able to lift enough weight (50) lbs. to perform his/her job.

Serve as the IT liaison and subject matter expert (SME) for Supply Chain modules within IFS, ensuring system stability, integration integrity, and cross-functional alignment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Experience with various fabrication techniques and materials commonly found in an automotive manufacturing environment (cutting, drilling, and fastening materials such as steel, extruded aluminum, and plastics)
Capable of independently fabricating various assembly and material handling technologies specific to function and application as required by the launch team.
Ability to manage the stock and supply of essential building materials and tools that are required to complete essential job functions.
Understand the impact of tooling, molding, paint and assembly constraints on production feasibility.
Strong communication skills to operate as part of a cross-functional team that can bring station and assembly line designs to the production environment.
Ability to manage and work on multiple small-scale projects as part of a larger, long-term company project, while understanding the order in which tasks should be completed.
Support Management on new initiatives and projects and take on multiple short-term tasks to meet the expectations of others in the organization.
Provides technical-design support for development and supports the project through all phases such as introduction, planning, implementation, refinement, and completion.
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment as part of the production or operations team (automotive preferred)
Experience working in a manufacturing environment as part of maintenance or fabrication team (automotive is a plus)
Ability to work independently and collaborate cross functionally with engineering and operations stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Co-manage the launch of new product lines alongside the Operations Launch Manager, ensuring alignment with business and product strategies.
