The pros are great co-workers, but for a company who expects you to bend over backwards for barely over minimum wage and follow strict rules that they themselves won’t follow… it’s not much of a pro.
They gaslight, threaten, and have stripped away anything enjoyable for staff and students. DWS blew through their budget in months and didn’t pay their Job Corps bills. They also failed to provide health and welfare benefits to most co-workers.
There are no perks.

They act like they care about their employees, but don't. Employees are subject to harassment and retaliation by leasership staff with no support from the corporate office.
