This individual would serve as a training and adoption consultant specializing in our performance reporting and financial planning tools (Black Diamond, Addepar, eMoney, and MoneyGuide), extending to our broader technology stack, to ensure our Network Partners' (our client RIA businesses') success on those platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Point of contact our Dynasty Network Partners on the implementation, administration and adoption of our technology stack, with a focus on Wealth Management Technology and Dynasty Proprietary platforms
Understand clients' business needs and identify opportunities for adoption of new software features or additional training resources
Organize and host training and implementation calls both alone and in coordination with vendors
Create training materials, visualizations and documentation on software best practices and internal processes
Coordinate and host strategic calls to discuss technology use cases and share best practices with Network Partner constituents while documenting and executing on takeaways
Liaise with Dynasty's resource partners to support existing partnerships, perform data audits/updates, manage user permissions, and coordinate technical support
Take ownership of tasks and work independently to ensure delivery on department goals and client satisfaction
Collaborate with our Product & Engineering team on product releases and product feedback from clients
Coordinate with Dynasty Finance, Legal, Compliance, Relationship Management and Marketing to find operational efficiencies internally and complete interdepartmental projects
Requirements
Experience administrating Performance Reporting platforms (i.e. Black Diamond, Addepar) or Financial Planning tools (i.e. eMoney, MoneyGuide)
3-5 years' work experience, preferably at a Financial Technology, Wealth Management, or Financial Services firm
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint
Experience as a Client Success Manager/Business Analyst/Project Manager at Financial Services firm is preferred
Successful candidates will:

The Dynasty Investment Team is responsible for the delivery and servicing of the investment platform to the Dynasty network of advisors, which includes Outsourced CIO services, portfolio management, research, due diligence, portfolio consulting support, market commentary, capital market transactions, and more. The incumbent will be integral to the investment management arm of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Contribute to research and portfolio management of Dynasty's Outsourced CIO portfolios and proprietary models
· Conduct due diligence on investment strategies that may be used by the Investment Team across the portfolios it manages
· Strong understanding of the Capital Markets and be able to use this knowledge to inform investment decisions
· Construct portfolios and perform portfolio analysis and attribution on model portfolios
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, insights, and solutions to address their investment needs
· Driving platform utilization amongst Network Advisors across multiple product sets including SMA, Alternative Investments, and Capital Markets
· Handling inbound investment related requests from Dynasty's network of Advisors
· Assisting in the investment transition process for new firms joining the network with a focus on platform utilization
· Leading and supporting team analysis on a variety of investment research, asset allocation, and capital markets issues
· Performing portfolio/asset allocation reviews and running manager comparisons to support network firms in prospecting new business
· Analyzing new investment strategies and approaches
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
· CFA Charterholder or progress toward CFA Charter preferred. Achievement of or progress toward MBA, CIMA , or CAIA designations a plus, but not required.
· 5 to 7 years of relevant experience managing global asset allocation portfolios for a wide range of clients.
· Understanding of portfolio management, portfolio analysis, and attribution
· Solid understanding of financial markets, investment products, and capital markets
· Strong communication and interpersonal service skills
· Excellent writing, presentation, and organizational skills
· Excel and PowerPoint experience required

You will actively engage with sophisticated independent financial advisor clients, collaborate across the business with members of the Dynasty team, and partner with external resource partners and agencies. Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Finance: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, computer science, data analytics, or a relevant field.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The roles primary functions within the Operations team include, but are not limited to, performing specific functions associated with the submission and execution of trade instructions provided by advisors and managers, assist with the set up and ongoing client account program selection on the TAMP, and participating in the duties related to the onboarding of new advisory firms and their clients. The Role will include working with 3rd party investment managers and interacting with their platform and conducting the needed workflows to enroll and service client accounts. The role will also include developing relationships with the various investment managers and service partners to foster a positive working relationship and identify opportunities for efficiencies. The role will include participation in creating and developing new workflows and procedures as needed. The role will also include working with the Managed Accounts team relating to the remediation, reconciliation and reporting around trade errors that are booked by Dynasty on behalf of our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Opportunity:
You will be supported by a dedicated team that provides sales support, client service, marketing, research and more. You will report to the Inside Sales Manager who will make sure you have the training and resources to experience success. This is an in-office job located in Plano, TX.
The Day-to-Day:
Be the voice of Fisher Investments to prospective Canadian clients
Review prospects' personal financial situation and provide solutions
Help qualified Canadian private investors become clients of Fisher Investments
Partake in ongoing training in advanced phone sales techniques, finance, capital markets and portfolio management
No travel required as this position is focused on phone-based sales or virtual connections
Your Qualifications:
2+ years experience working in financial services
CFA (at least Level 1 passed) and 24 months portfolio management experience within the last 5 years
Bachelor's degree
Multi-year track record of success
Success persuading and educating prospects
Compensation:

Dynasty Summer Analyst Program
Duration of program: June 2nd - August 8th
Exact responsibilities will vary based on business unit assignment
Business unit assignments will be based on a combination of interview feedback, business needs, and the individual candidate skills/interests
Summer Analysts will report to the Chief of Staff, as well as the head of the business units to which he/she is assigned
