The Executive Assistant is an enriching opportunity for a professional to grow their career in the finance industry and gain exposure to all facets of Dynasty's dynamic service organization. The Executive Assistant will report to the Chief of Staff. This role will provide a particular focus on the day-to-day administrative needs of the executive office. In this regard, professionalism, organization, and timely delivery of work assignments are critical. Responsibilities are heavily administrative, and project management based. They include executive calendar management and scheduling, prioritizing, triaging, and responding to emails, internal administrative support, document preparation, maintaining records and note taking, and client and cross-departmental communication. Tantamount to this role is confidentiality. Candidates must exercise extreme discretion and be comfortable handling highly sensitive materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executive calendar management & scheduling: Coordinate client and internal calls and meetings for the Chiefs; serve as their main point of contact and administrative assistant; support team-wide calendaring needs for key events and activities. Coordinate professionally across different stakeholder groups (departments, clients, candidates, vendors) with ease.
Travel coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for Executives as needed.
Expense management: Monitor and complete monthly expense reports for division leadership. Coordinate with Finance as needed.
Meeting management & support: Serve as point of contact for onsite client visits or Team initiatives at Dynasty HQ. Coordinate client travel logistics; reserve and prepare meeting spaces and materials or shipments; handle technical and IT needs; take meeting minutes and circulate to appropriate parties.
Data management & file storage: Develop proficiency in Dynasty's internal CRM (Salesforce). Complete regular updates to client contact information, pull reports, and complete basic tasks. Champion CRM adoption across the organization by identifying best practices and improving data integrity.
Document preparation & circulation: Prepare, circulate and store meeting materials (agendas, reports, slide decks) and follow-ups, including meeting minutes for Executives.
Event support: Offer event support for local client and Dynasty engagements as appropriate. This may include printing, shipping, compiling materials, staffing and set up.
Client service: Return client calls, take and relay messages, order gifts for client milestones, and represent the CEO's Office as appropriate.
Assist with planning/scheduling team offsites and quarterly meetings, team milestones and celebrations, onboarding new hires, managing inventory, and general administrative needs.
File storage and operational infrastructure: Help manage file storage and structure. Make recommendations for improvements and serve as the onsite point of contact with Dynasty IT.

We are seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our firm as a Senior Associate, Overlay Trading Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the overlay trading desk operations team that executes with accuracy in accordance with firm mandated investment guidelines, client directed requests, and external money managers. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge and skills obtained through experience executing trades with money managers based on product models and guidelines. The Overlay Desk Manager will establish policies and procedures that adhere to industry standard trading practices. The manager will have extensive contact with sophisticated independent financial advisor clients, collaborate across the business with members of the Dynasty team, and partner with external resource partners and such as technology platforms, custodians, and asset managers. This role is an in-office position in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida.
Responsibilities:
Assist the trading team in an in-person, trade style setting.
Support the daily supervision requirements of Overlay Trading operations.
Track and optimize appropriate trade error information across multiple custodians and block trading accounts.
Develop and drive key metrics across the Investment Platform to measure volumes and trends.
Partner internally with other Dynasty departments including Investments, Operations, Relationship Management and Technology, as well as others to ensure ongoing support and integration.
Individual will be responsible for monitoring workloads, ensuring operational groups have optimal controls in place to mitigate risk and ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to and properly documented
Individual must be familiar with a variety of equity, fixed income and alternative investment products including experience in operationally supporting post trade processing for trade matching, confirmation, trade settlement.
Monitor daily trading activity to ensure collaboration with other internal operational teams.
Communicate daily with external counterparties to address any breaks to workflow.
Train and develop APM users to research and resolve complex trade sessions.
Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures guides.
New client onboarding - includes reviewing trade guidelines, custodian requirements, client reporting needs and system readiness and ability to present, educate and explain tools to new and existing clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent required
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience, preferably at a RIA, Financial Services company, or applicable wealth management firm.
Proficient with various Trading tools and custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, and Pershing.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of equity and fixed income post trade handling.

We are seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to join our firm as an Associate, Billing Analyst. You will actively engage with sophisticated independent financial advisor clients, collaborate across the business with members of the Dynasty team, and partner with external resource partners and agencies. This role will report directly to Dynasty's AVP- Assistant Billing Supervisor and is an in-office position in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. The Dynasty Operations team is responsible for the overall administration of the firm's turnkey asset management program (TAMP).
This role is integral to executing the various duties conducted through the department including client account setup on the Investment Management Account platform, performing tasks as part of the transition operations onboarding process, providing excellent client service related to client accounts, and processing advisor and manager fee billing. This position must work effectively with internal members of the Dynasty team and engage management, independent financial advisors, and technology resource partners.
Responsibilities:
Carries out the required processes involving the TAMP billing platform, including maintenance, reconciliation, client interaction, and employing the fee debiting methods with various custodians.
Work directly with Dynasty team members and our clients as a subject matter expert to ensure the delivery of Operational advisory fee billing activity
Participate and drive expectations in root cause analysis to correct and/or prevent deviations in processes and workflows. Recommend and implement changes to avoid future occurrences
Communicates with custodians, resource partners and Dynasty home office departments to support TAMP functionality and integration between various aspects of the platform.
Monitors accounts and activities on platform for both professionally managed and advisor managed programs.
Assists in compiling and analyzing data on a monthly/quarterly basis in accordance with billing and service practices.
