Rick McConnell has been a successful technology executive for 30 years, establishing a reputation for scaling multibillion-dollar companies in competitive growth markets. He joined Dynatrace as Chief Executive Officer in December 2021. Prior to Dynatrace, he was President at Akamai Technologies and General Manager of Akamai’s Security Technology Group, where he was responsible for growing the company’s security business from a few million dollars of revenue in 2011 to becoming a $1.3+ billion business. Prior to Akamai, he was part of the early leadership team that built Cisco’s multibillion-dollar Communications and Collaboration business and served in several senior executive positions at Cisco Systems. He joined Cisco in 2004 when the company acquired Latitude Communications, a provider of fully integrated voice and Web conferencing solutions, where he had served as President and Chief Executive Officer.

He holds a BA degree in Quantitative Economics and an MBA degree, both from Stanford University.

Bernd Greifeneder is CTO for Dynatrace, the market leader in digital performance management. He has (co-)founded multiple successful startups in the application monitoring space and enabled thousands of customers for optimal application performance with innovative Dynatrace technologies such as PurePath and Smartscape. Besides flying his catamaran, he also acts as an adviser to startups, speaks at entrepreneurial events and supports academic research in the application performance space.

Responsible for Dynatrace’s Global Sales and Partner Organization, Steve and his team have successfully expanded the Dynatrace platform to the world’s largest and most progressive organizations, across every major vertical, cloud provider, and solution provider. Steve’s approach, employing market-leading technology, and working closely with the customer providing insights and understanding their business objectives, is what leads to a successful customer experience and realized mutual value. Steve has a degree, with Honors, in Electrical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and serves on the Customer Advisory Board at the College of Information Sciences and Technology at Penn State. Over his more than three decades in the software industry, he has held senior sales management positions with NetScout, IBM, Seagate, GeoTrust, Forcepoint, and Raytheon Cyber Products.

Kevin Burns has more than twenty years of professional experience in finance primarily in the technology industry. Most recently, Mr. Burns served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at AMICAS, Inc., a publicly traded image and information management solutions company. During his tenure at AMICAS, from November 2004 to May 2010, Mr. Burns led significant revenue and profit growth and effected a successful sale of the company. Prior to joining AMICAS, Mr. Burns was responsible for corporate planning at NMS Communications, a public telecom equipment company in the wireless applications and infrastructure market, from November 2003 to November 2004. Previously, Mr. Burns was the director of corporate development at Demantra, Inc. and has also held senior management positions in finance, accounting and corporate development at MAPICS, Inc. and Marcam Corporation, both public software companies.

Mike has a long history of building companies in enterprise software markets. Prior to Altiscale he served as the President and CEO for DevOps leader Electric Cloud, where he grew the revenue from zero to tens of millions while building a worldwide presence and signing hundreds of blue-chip customers. Mike was also a founder of product lifecycle management vendor MS2, guiding it through its acquisition by Agile Software. He has held other senior executive roles with leading enterprise software companies like Informix and EFI, where he managed multiple acquisitions and ran a $30 million venture fund. Mike holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS from Santa Clara.

Andreas Lehofer is a Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Dynatrace and is based in Linz, Upper Austria State, Austria. He has worked as Director Product Management at Dynatrace. Andreas studied at JKU between 1991 and 1995.
