Mike Moody is the Dynetics executive vice president of business operations. Moody has been in management at the company for more than 30 years and has overseen significant growth of the company's hardware and products solutions business over the last ten years. Moody sets the strategic direction for functional support roles and serves on the senior executive leadership team.

Previously, he was the division manager for approximately 300 engineers, technicians, and product support personnel. The focus of the Product Development and Manufacturing division is to provide DoD, aerospace and commercial hardware products to a broad range of customers including all three military services, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the intelligence community and commercial customers. The division includes personnel covering all phases and elements of product development and manufacturing. The organization includes Dynetics' Shalimar, Fla., office, which supports Eglin Air Force Base, and an office in Ridgecrest, Calif., which supports the Naval Air Warfare Center.

Moody began his career at Dynetics supporting the Strategic Defense Command where he worked in the electronic warfare arena. He transitioned to supporting the intelligence community in the late 1980's working several advanced radar and missile programs. He has managed numerous advanced programs for the company, playing a key role in Dynetics' overall hardware, manufacturing and corporate process improvements initiatives.

He has served on the board of directors of the Doolittle Institute at Eglin Air Force Base and currently serves as an industry advisory board member to the Auburn University Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His work has been recognized by Dynetics as the Dr. Duane Hays Outstanding Engineer Award and by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers receiving the Outstanding Engineer Award. Moody completed the Leadership Greater Huntsville Flagship program in 2019.

Timothy Barton is the chief technology officer of Dynetics. He has more than 25 years of defense-related technologies and management expertise. Previously, Barton was the Leidos chief technology officer for the Defense Group and senior vice president. Prior to joining Leidos (formerly SAIC) in 2005, Barton was a staff member at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lincoln Laboratory from 1993 to 2005.

Barton's experience spans a wide swath of the Dynetics group portfolio - radar and sonar signal processing and algorithm development; ISR and enabling and supporting technologies; countermeasures and counter-countermeasures for electronic warfare and acoustic warfare; autonomy; airborne integration and testing; and test and evaluation and verification and validation.

He is an IEEE Senior Member and a Leidos Technical Fellow and Solutions Architect.

Barton holds bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and a doctoral degree in electrical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
