Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols to determine measurement requirements
Conduct first article inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections to verify product compliance
Document and report inspection results, including any deviations or non-conformances
Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues

Key Responsibilities
• Perform structural maintenance, repair, and modification on rotary-wing aircraft in accordance with technical manuals, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct sheet metal and composite repairs, including cutting, drilling, riveting, and bonding of aircraft structures and components.
• Carry out depot-level heavy maintenance repairs, including disassembly, inspection, refurbishment, and reassembly of major structural assemblies.

• Perform damage assessment and develop appropriate repair solutions in compliance with OEM and regulatory requirements.

This leadership role will be located in Huntsville, AL and will support the Sentinel program. This E3 Manager reports to the Sentinel Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Senior Manager.

The E3 Manager will provide personnel support to the E3 Team and will have responsibility for the quality and technical execution of engineers. Job Description
This position involves hand soldering of surface mount and through-hole components on high density printed circuit boards (PCBs). Applicants must have strong surface mount soldering skills. A surface mount soldering test will be given as part of the interview process.
Qualifications
Candidate must have achieved J-STD-001 soldering certification within the last 5 years, and must have experience soldering under a microscope. Ability to solder leaded surface mount components with 0.4 mm pitch spacing, and 0201 discrete packages. Applicants must be able to perform with high throughput and with minimal errors.
Experience assembling electromechanical assemblies and cable harnesses, and reading the associated documents (assembly drawings, electrical schematics, etc.) is a plus. Computer skills associated with these assembly tasks (such as creating work instructions, parts lists, inventory reports, etc.) is a plus. We desire applicants who are highly motivated and pay attention to detail.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
