What You'll Do: As a Data and Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving data-led insights that enhance financial decision-making, improve forecasting accuracy, and support business performance across all areas of the finance, commercial, supply chain & procurement functions. Other duties include: * Ensures that teams and senior leadership have timely, reliable, and actionable data to support strategic, operational, and commercial outcomes * Develop and maintain finance-related data models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting. * Responsible for supporting and implementing integrations of applications across the company for reporting to improve company decision making and determining future needs * Assist with development of governance standards for financial and operational data to support compliance and audit readiness. * Design and deliver dashboards, visualizations, and performance metrics to provide transparency over key business drivers * Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to provide analytical support * Support advanced analytics to improve forecasting, scenario modelling, and strategic planning. * Lead automation and process improvement initiatives through well governed project management processes, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional project leadership. This includes collaboration with the HSEOE and local finance teams to automate capital spend tracking and forecasting * Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and standardization across the finance function. * Attend S4Hana data design workshops and provide input to establish strong foundation for future automated reporting * Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders * Provide benchmarking, profitability, and value-driver analysis to support corporate strategy and long-term planning. * Drive adoption of automated reporting through management of change processes, supporting team capability uplift, and relevant training to end-users. What We're Looking For: * Degree in Data Science / IT / Finance or relevant years' experience * 3+ years experience in data analytics, BI development, or financial analytics. * Experience implementing data integrations and pulling data from several different application systems * Proficient in Power BI, and data visualization tools. * Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP). * Stakeholder engagement and communication - ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business insights for non-technical audiences. * Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement. * Ability to think strategically driving next steps and future data needs, along with working transactionally in the day to day data. POSITION SUMMARY: Familiar with different silo product types. Ensure proper material and weight is loaded for each shipment. Prior to loading product, inspect truck trailers and railcars to ensure they are free from contaminants. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS: Operations Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of truck and rail traffic. Assist production team members as needed. Complete daily equipment check reports. Complete bill of lading for truck and rail shipments. Assist with training of any new employees and/or new equipment. Assist in plant cleanup of production areas as needed. Familiar with capacity of load out related equipment. Responsible for accurate silo inventory measurements. Ensure different product types are distributed into the appropriate trucks/rail cars. Understand process and layout of the plant. Ability to cross train in other production areas as needed. Maintenance and quality control Clean bins, conveyers, spills, clean out material from under conveyers and catwalks, and other cleaning duties as needed. Keep rail and truck scales clean. Responsible for maintaining a water free environment from coal unloading pit and scales. Possess basic hand tools and be able to make minor adjustments to load-out related equipment. Continuously observe, monitor, and report any condition that could lead to equipment failure or a housekeeping issue. Understanding of material storage and quality specifications. Must be able to perform physical inspections of load out/fuel yard area and related equipment. Safety Perform all assigned work in a neat and orderly manner adhering to Company and governmental safety rules and regulations. Know and follow lock out tag out procedures. Understand safe operation of heavy equipment including shuttle wagon, front end loader, forklift, bobcat, and tractor. Must have a high regard for other's safety in the field. Proper PPE attire must be worn as required. Wear the appropriate PPE when working with truck/rail equipment. Understand the chemical reaction and safety hazards associated with lime production. Report any potential operational or safety problems to supervisor. ATTRIBUTES: Industrial background with good troubleshooting skills. Must be able perform basic mathematical computations. Ability to detect potential problems through observation in the field. Must be able to work shift work, seven days a week including holidays and be flexible to schedule changes. Must have a telephone and be open to call-outs. Demonstrate the ability to operate computers and related controls. Self-Motivated and must be able to work independently. Must be able to multi-task and be calm under pressure. Good decision making skills regarding safety. POSITION SUMMARY: Familiar with different silo product types. Ensure proper material and weight is loaded for each shipment. Prior to loading product, inspect truck trailers and railcars to ensure they are free from contaminants. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS: Operations * Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a smooth and efficient flow of truck and rail traffic. * Assist production team members as needed. * Complete daily equipment check reports. * Complete bill of lading for truck and rail shipments. * Assist with training of any new employees and/or new equipment. * Assist in plant cleanup of production areas as needed. * Familiar with capacity of load out related equipment. * Responsible for accurate silo inventory measurements. * Ensure different product types are distributed into the appropriate trucks/rail cars. * Understand process and layout of the plant. * Ability to cross train in other production areas as needed. Maintenance and quality control * Clean bins, conveyers, spills, clean out material from under conveyers and catwalks, and other cleaning duties as needed. * Keep rail and truck scales clean. * Responsible for maintaining a water free environment from coal unloading pit and scales. * Possess basic hand tools and be able to make minor adjustments to load-out related equipment. * Continuously observe, monitor, and report any condition that could lead to equipment failure or a housekeeping issue. * Understanding of material storage and quality specifications. * Must be able to perform physical inspections of load out/fuel yard area and related equipment. Safety * Perform all assigned work in a neat and orderly manner adhering to Company and governmental safety rules and regulations. * Know and follow lock out tag out procedures. * Understand safe operation of heavy equipment including shuttle wagon, front end loader, forklift, bobcat, and tractor. * Must have a high regard for other's safety in the field. * Proper PPE attire must be worn as required. * Wear the appropriate PPE when working with truck/rail equipment. * Understand the chemical reaction and safety hazards associated with lime production. * Report any potential operational or safety problems to supervisor. ATTRIBUTES: * Industrial background with good troubleshooting skills. * Must be able perform basic mathematical computations. * Ability to detect potential problems through observation in the field. * Must be able to work shift work, seven days a week including holidays and be flexible to schedule changes. * Must have a telephone and be open to call-outs. * Demonstrate the ability to operate computers and related controls. * Self-Motivated and must be able to work independently. * Must be able to multi-task and be calm under pressure. * Good decision making skills regarding safety. What You'll Do As the Project Controls Officer - Finance, you will assist with project controls management for the capital projects. Track and report project spend, assist with project scheduling and provide other financial analyst and project management assistance as needed. Other duties as assigned.
