Prior to joining PLI, Brad held various senior leadership roles over the past 20 years involving Finance, HR, and IT in a manufacturing environment. He has led several ERP implementations and upgrades and has also been involved with due diligence and integration activities regarding acquisitions. Finally, he received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of North Alabama.
