Core Responsibilities:
Requirements gathering and documentation. Ability to analyze and manage business requirements through discussions, use cases and tools like Azure DevOps
Risk Reduction: Capture business requirements working with end users/customers. Maintain exceptions/issues, submit Risk Assessments, while collaborating with Engineers to implement solutions

Technical Requirements:
Understanding of identity and access management principles such as Modern Authentication Methods, Least Privilege, and Privileged Access Management
Elicit, research, analyze, and document functional, non-functional, and data requirements utilizing various requirement analysis techniques including stakeholder interviews, requirements workshops, business process modeling, diagramming, use case analysis, data analysis, journey mapping, and prototyping
Facilitate requirements discussions, present requirements and supporting material through alternative views, and continuously incorporate feedback into the product backlog
Collaborate with vendors on the design, development, and delivery of new products and platforms
Evaluate alternative solutions and processes as necessary
Identify risks/issues and collaborate with the project/product team to mitigate
Provide timely and concise communication of information to all appropriate internal and external stakeholders through a variety of communication channels
Manage multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
8+ years experience as an IAM Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Development Analyst, Business Technology Analyst, or other related role
Knowledge and experience applying agile delivery methodologies and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to deliver new products and capabilities
Knowledge of software/system engineering best practices

Responsibilities:
Analyze accounts included in bankruptcy for potential abuse and/or fraud to determine if litigation is warranted to protect our client's interest and reduce financial loss
Monitor attorneys assigned to accounts to determine status of litigation; advise attorneys of legal issues and their impact on our client

Negotiate Short Sale requests, settlements, and reaffirmations based on bankruptcy disposition
Process charged-off bankruptcy impaired equity loans; facilitate Proof of Claims and review motions
Monitor bankruptcy progression for adherence of repayment and update systems to ensure accurate reporting
Pursue fraud cases through the court system for Non-Discharge and Objections to Discharge
Evaluate bankruptcy cases and determine collateral market values; file Proof of Claim with the appropriate court on all asset cases
Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Assist with reviewing escalated member issues and determining appropriate course of action to resolve issues

The Role

Solution Architect - Consumer Lending - Hybrid

Our client is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and harmonization of lending and fraud-related systems across AWS and on-premise environments. This hands-on role supports a strategic effort to simplify and align applications around a shared understanding of the customer throughout the entire consumer lifecycle-from onboarding and credit decisioning to servicing and fraud mitigation.
This role requires deep domain expertise in consumer lending and fraud prevention, alongside strong architectural experience in high-volume, high-availability environments. The architect will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to streamline redundant systems, reduce complexity, and ensure real-time, consistent customer intelligence across all touchpoints.
This is not a governance or oversight position; this is a business outcome-focused architecture role. This person will build and lead a small team of 1-3 solution architects or senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
· Demonstrated experience in architecting and simplifying integrations between cloud-native and on-premise applications to support a unified customer profile across lending and fraud domains and vendor solutions.
· Demonstrated experience in designing scalable, resilient solutions leveraging AWS-native services to meet the performance and availability demands of real-time decisioning systems.
· Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to align technical design with business priorities.
· Rationalize existing technology footprints to reduce duplication and promote reuse across systems.

Required Qualifications
· 7+ years of application or solution architecture experience, including 3+ years in lending or financial services.
· Deep knowledge of AWS services, including but not limited to EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Step Functions, and IAM.
· Strong background in consumer lending systems and fraud detection platforms.
· Experience designing and implementing high-throughput, high-availability systems in regulated industries.
· Proficiency in integration patterns including RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and message queues.
· Demonstrated ability to simplify complex application landscapes and unify data models or customer representations.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
