About the Role
We're looking for an EnterpriseAccountExecutive to join Anaconda's growing Sales team and expand our footprint with large, complex organizations across the Eastern U.S.

Position Summary
As a Sales Executive at VirtuAlly, you'll be at the forefront of transforming clinical staffing in the healthcare industry. You'll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with hospitals, health systems, and integrated delivery networks (IDNs). Working alongside our partner ecosystem, you'll present a combined offering of clinical talent and enabling technology that solves real problems for overburdened healthcare teams.
This is a quota-carrying role for someone with a hunter mentality, strategic sales experience, and a passion for healthcare innovation.
This is a remote position with flexible location requirements. To best support our sales operations, candidates should be located within the Northeast sales territory, ideally in or near Philadelphia, Baltimore, Pittsburgh, or Providence, RI.
Essential Functions
These are the key responsibilities of the Business Development Representative.
· Own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and qualification to closing and handoff

· Strong understanding of the healthcare provider landscape (acute care, post-acute, IDNs)
· Experience working with or selling into C-suite and senior clinical leadership
· Comfort with consultative selling and value-based positioning

Asana's Vertical Go to Market team is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, customer centric, impact-oriented enterprise sales professional who holds themselves accountable to achieving results. You will join a dedicated team at Asana focused on serving our public sector customers. This role will be focused on federal customers, will be responsible for landing and expanding business within their book of business, and will help build out Asana's education and public sector go-to-market strategy overall.
This role can either be fully remote in the DC Metro area or based in our New York or Chicago office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. If based in-office: The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you'll achieve:

About you:
* Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
* You have 4+ years selling directly into the Enterprise segment, 8+ years' experience closing business
* You possess experience closing deals and building strategic relationships within federal verticals
* You have a proven ability to close deals with consistently high quota attainment, particularly within the Enterprise SaaS space
* You uncover hidden potential within established enterpriseaccounts, driving exponential growth
* You excel at cultivating trust and fostering long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders with a bias toward action

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $145,000 - $165,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits. This role will be hybrid based in our Chicago with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you'll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. What you'll achieve:
* Proactively manage a portfolio of nonprofit customers, serving as their main point of contact and driving revenue growth

About you:
* 4+ years selling directly into the emerging enterprise segment, 8+ years' experience closing business within a rapidly scaling business.
* Preferred experience selling to public sector & impact focused industries. Experience working directly with or knowledge of the nonprofit sector
* Experience working with and driving revenue via channel partnership.
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior line-of-business and IT executives at large organizations.
* Customer-centric approach to relationship management and revenue growth: Demonstrated ability to build champions at C-suite/Director+ levels of client organizations that have led to enterprise-level buys. Impeccable customer skills: communication, empathy, integrity
* Entrepreneurial, solution oriented, adaptable to change, and excited about the opportunity to co-create with cross functional partners in a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment
