Don't really have any negatives.
The benefits are world class and don't cost the employee an arm and a leg.
Good money good people company is generous plenty of work. Great place to work if you are motivated and want to learn if you don’t want to work hard and learn then I wouldn’t bother coming here.
I like the overtime but most people would say long hours and work Saturdays
