The Customer Experience Coordinator is responsible for driving a positive and consistent customer journey across all field service interactions. Our Program

The RoleThis hybrid role balances strategic pitches and business development with high-impact product design. You'll lead high impact product design projects from a creative design perspective (50%) as as well as new business perspective - not just upselling. This person will own new business pitches, new offerings and new sales, all while crafting and executing compelling narratives, prototypes, and UI deliver measurable impact for our clients.Key Responsibilities
Lead design on strategic client engagements - from research and discovery workshops to user journeys, wireframes, and polished prototypes.
Developing creative concepts for pitches in the form of go to market concepts and innovations that translate complex ideas into clear, cohesive stories that stakeholders can understand quickly.
Partner with BD, design, and product teams to shape top-priority pursuits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive, user-centered solution.
Present ideas to executives with clarity and impact.
What You Bring:
10+ years in UX/product design, innovation, or product strategy, ideally in consulting, design studios, or growth-focused environments. Background must be in Visual or Graphic design.
Experience in defining and delivering client pitches, e. g. crafting concepts, prototypes and pitch materials to pitch and position to client stakeholders.
Strong, hands-on portfolio showcasing high-fidelity design, strategic thinking, and executive storytelling.
Expert in Figma and modern design tools; fluent in turning abstract problems into tangible solutions.
Executive level presentation skills.
Confident communicator, collaborative, and energized by ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
Strong preference for Financial Services and/or FinTech. Alternatively, other complex highly regulated industries.

The base salary range for this role is $190,000 - $240,000. Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role and level.
