A Brief Overview:
As a Mental Health Assessment Specialist I, you will serve as an integral member of our Behavioral Health Services team, conducting assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health conditions. You will work closely with clinicians, patients, and families to provide critical insights and recommendations for treatment and care.
What you will do:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients' mental health status using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.
Collect and analyze relevant patient information, including medical history, social factors, and environmental factors.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to formulate accurate diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations.
Establish rapport with patients and their families to create a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Communicate assessment findings and treatment recommendations effectively and empathetically.
Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health crises.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessments, evaluations, and patient interactions in compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations.
Prepare concise and comprehensive assessment reports for clinicians and treatment teams.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide consultation and guidance to staff on mental health-related issues and best practices.

Completes appropriate portions of admission documentation.
Assures competency with hospital infection control standards and techniques and demonstrates compliance in daily practice.
Unit Support Activities
Performs Unit Specialist job duties as assigned.
Ensures patient safety by providing one-to-one supervision. Unit rounds are conducted and precautions records completed in real time. Precautions records are accurately labeled.
Maintains a therapeutic milieu by connecting with patients and redirecting behavior as needed.
Team Support
Communicates with RN regularly throughout the shift on patient status.
Reports changes in patient status or safety to appropriate nursing personnel as they occur.
May transport (in a company-owned vehicle) and/or accompany patients as assigned by charge nurse.
Education and/or Experience Required:
A High School Diploma or GED
Ability to demonstrate de-escalation and behavior management techniques
A valid driver?s license is required if the incumbent is selected to perform related duties at an off-site location. If the incumbent uses their personal vehicle, the incumbent must maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law and evidence of such coverage may be requested.
Experience Preferred:
College level course in psychology or related field

We are looking to fill this role in February 1 of 2026.
Our coaches manage varying coaching workload based on their unique availability. Coaches conduct anywhere from 4-8 coaching meetings per week and two internal meetings per week.
Coaches are expected to help residents navigate their internal landscape and progress in their healing journey. Beyond value work, coaches also provide help develop hard and soft skills related to employment, personal finance, and habit formation.
This role requires a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach. Priority will be given to candidates who have graduated from a comprehensive coaching program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or who have Cognitive-Behavioral certifications or graduate degrees in therapy.
Responsibilities:
Meet weekly with your dedicated coachee (resident), or more often if unemployed
Make weekly dinner in-person on Monday night at 5:30-6:30pm and help residents cook once a month.
Coach on the four cornerstones of Co-Active coaching.
1) People are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole
2) Dance in the moment - respond, don't script
3) Focus on the whole person
4) Evoke transformation - rather than simply solve problems
Upon move-in also assist residents with building resumes, and teaching job search tactics to acquire full-time employment
Build relationships founded on mutuality and trust

Help organize and and attend bi-monthly volunteer or fun events (occasionally on evenings or weekends), and must be available mid November to help and attend with our Annual Celebration.
Address infractions to resident agreements, and build performance plans - if unsuccessful despite many second chances - it may include dismissing a resident (worst part of the job)
Assist with interviewing prospective residents
Be available on occasion to make an errand run with or for resident related needs such as but not limited to: Aldi gift cards, weekly dinner ingredients, or for professional attire *all of which are reimbursed within 24 hours.
Qualifications:
A comprehensive understanding of various mental health conditions and appropriate coaching strategies
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a safe curious space to build trust and gain mutual respect with residents
Enrolled in therapy or willing to start

Hours: 2pm-10:30pm Monday -Friday; Includes weekend and holiday rotations.
What you will do:
Performs patient tests, manually and with automated clinical laboratory equipment, reagents and/or test methodologies.
Reviews patient test results for accuracy and notifies appropriate clinical personnel or all critical results. Documents this notification per established protocols.
Performs quality control per established departmental protocols. Records QC appropriately and takes corrective action when QC is not within established guidelines. Documents corrective action taken.
Performs instrument checks, maintenance and troubleshooting per department protocols.
Maintains competencies in accordance with policy and procedures of the hospital and laboratory department.
Recognizes abnormal or unusual test results and makes appropriate decisions before releasing results. Notifies supervisor and pathologist if necessary.
Actively promotes patient satisfaction and customer service values with all staff members. Instructs and encourages coworkers to treat patients and customers (nurses, physicians, visitors, vendors etc.) courteously.
Participates in continuing education programs, in-services, lab meetings and various committees.
Maintains a safe work environment by using required PPE and protective devices. Handles biohazardous materials and chemicals according to established protocols.
Maintains inventory and supplies within respective departments.
Performs computer functions efficiently, manages workload and established turnaround times.
Assists in orientation and training of new employees and students.
May assist in competency assessment of moderate and high complexity testing.
Maintains a broad knowledge of all laboratory departments. May cross-train into other areas of the lab as needed.
Reads emails and responds in a timely manner.
Other projects or duties as assigned.

What you will do:

Classification: PART-TIME, NON-EXEMPT Pay Rate: $18.00 PER HOUR Reports to: Theater General Manager Looking for a great place to work that offers perks like free movies for you and your family. Our friendly and helpful crew members create a welcoming environment for customers. These positions include:
Box Office Cashier who greet customers with a positive attitude, sell tickets, communicate reserved seating, show times and theater location.
Concessions/Kitchen staff that suggest a wide variety of concessions offerings, prepare food and drinks, and ring up sales.
Ushers who clean theaters at the end of each showing, sweep aisles, wipe tables, and pick up trash throughout the theater as well as restock and tidy facilities.
We train our staff in all functions whenever possible to better serve the customer.
Requirements
Essential Functions
Greet customers in a welcoming manner.
Provide excellent customer service.
Perform each duty as assigned in areas of Concession, Box office, and usher.
Handle payment transactions and make change.
Watch for safety or security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.).
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Regular and consistent attendance.
Ability to communicate with all ages, genders, and personalities. Ability to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend in English.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and to be move quickly for sales rush before the start of a movie.
Requires the ability to occasionally lift and clean popcorn kettles, warmers, butter machines, hot dog and other food preparation and drink equipment.
Accurate cash handling and math skills.
Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must complete a Safe Alcohol Service training program and meet the age requirement for alcohol service as well as Food Handler's certification.
Due to the nature of the Theatre Industry, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the Theatre. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends, evenings and alternate shifts.
Work Environment
This job operates in a movie theater environment, sometimes in theaters with limited lighting, with guests coming and going. The pace can be fast, but must always be welcoming. We serve others! This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, and lifting all day,
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or G.E.D., or currently enrolled
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Rehabilitation Technician - Per Diem
Location: Edward Hospital, Naperville, IL
Per Diem - As needed
Hours: Primarily weekend shifts, minimum 2 weekends per month, 6:00am to 2:30pm. 2 Holidays per year.
What you will do:
Under close supervision, cleans and disinfects assigned areas according to prescribed procedures. Assists in preparing equipment for patients' use, maintain appropriate inventory of supplies and equipment, and replenishes supplies as needed. Transports patients to and from department as needed and performs general clerical duties such as answering phones, taking and relaying messages, and the like. Assists in wound care and dressing applications and changes in hydrotherapy.
What you will need:
Education: Requires a high?school level of communication and/or math skills but no technical training prior to hire and less than three months of previous experience plus approximately one to three months of on?the?job experience.
Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association or Red Cross required
Experience: Some analytical ability is required but in situations where the problems are not difficult or complex. Analysis requirements generally limited to collecting available factual information and responding to it based on clear precedent or procedures.
Unique or Preferred Skills: Work requires the ability to walk or stand for an hour of more at a time, lift or carry objects weighing more than 20 pounds, push or pull laundry or supply carts, gurneys or wheelchairs, and lift and position patients. Work requires the ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served. This includes knowledge of the physical and psychological needs of patients served and the ability to respond appropriately to those needs.

We are actively hiring Retail Solar Brand Ambassadors / Lead Generators to engage homeowners inside retail locations in Corona and Murrieta, CA. In this role, you'll introduce customers to the benefits of solar energy and schedule pre-qualified in-home consultations for our sales team-helping homeowners save money while supporting a cleaner future.
This is a part-time position with the option to move into full-time based on performance.
