Position Summary:
e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an exceptional Search Specialist to join our innovative digital team as a resident GEO/AEO AI Search expert. The Manager, AI Search & SEO will balance today's SEO execution with tomorrow's Ai search innovation, managing brand visibility while supporting e.l.f. beauty in preparing for AI and LLM-powered discovery of the future.

User Experience & Conversion
Treat SEO/GEO/ASO as an extension of UX, ensuring navigation, linking, and on-site/app search enhance discoverability and conversion.
Ensure accessibility and UX standards across all digital properties.
Measurement & Reporting
Track rankings, traffic, Core Web Vitals, ASO performance, and AI-driven citations.
Report on both traditional SEO metrics and emerging AI search KPIs.
Develop executive-level presentations highlighting insights, technical enhancements, and strategic recommendations.
Collaboration & Thought Leadership
Partner with digital commerce, analytics, engineering, design, and product teams to integrate SEO/GEO/ASO strategies.

App Store Optimization (ASO) & App Discovery
Develop and maintain an ASO strategy for the e.l.f. app across app store listings.
Drive audience and topic research to inform app content strategies, beyond just keywords.
Collaborate with product and content teams to optimize app discoverability within app ecosystems and emerging AI-driven app surfaces.
Technical SEO Excellence
Conduct site and app audits to improve crawlability, indexation, and architecture.
Optimize Core Web Vitals, mobile-first performance, and page speed.
Implement structured data, schema markup, and rich snippets.
Diagnose and resolve technical SEO issues ((i.e., redirects, canonicalization, broken links, sitemaps, etc.).
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in SEO, AI-driven search, or digital optimization (agency or in-house).
Expertise in technical SEO, GEO, AEO, and ASO with proven results.
Deep understanding of modern web technologies (server-side rendering, SPAs, SSR, etc.) and how AI/search bots crawl.
Skilled in tools like Screaming Frog, Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, SEMRush, SimilarWeb, Conductor ,or LLM-supported tools.
Experience working cross-functionally in matrix environments where influence and expertise drive results.
Strong data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into business impact and execution.

* Processes inventory orders and restocks using Motion MD platform

Your role at Sephora:
As a Merchant, you will be responsible for achieving financial and strategic goals of the assigned category and brands - including sales, productivity and gross margin. You will implement department objectives/ projects, brand and client strategies and visual presentations within your assigned brands and the product world. In addition, you will:
* Develop and execute overall strategy for brand growth with new product introductions, core products along with strategic expansion of current brands as well as reduction and exits of underperforming brands
* Establish and manage brand relationships, inclusive of terms negotiations (margin, testers/damages, training support, co-op, RTV's, samples, and more)
* Develop, manage assortments and plan launches and animations for brands within the category strategy
* Analyze all elements of the category and brands to identify areas of opportunity
* Source and develop new brands that fill an important need gap within the category
* Communicate brand and business opportunities to our stores, as well as lead fixture/planogram planning and implementation with internal partners
* Develop, mentor and train team and direct report

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,000.00 - $127,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. The Medical Concierge/Technician serves a dual role, combining the expertise of a veterinary technician with the service-oriented responsibilities of a medical concierge. This position supports the clinical pathology service by evaluating sample quality and submission information to ensure diagnostic quality before pathologist review using a robotic microscope remotely. The Medical Concierge/Technician also evaluates select technician-appropriate samples, such as blood smears. Acting as a bridge between technical expertise and client service, this role ensures both exceptional laboratory quality and a streamlined, concierge-level experience for our clinics. The ideal applicant will be a certified Veterinary technician with a Veterinary Technician Specialty (VTS) in Clinical Pathology.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will be available for sample evaluation during their scheduled shifts, which may include evenings and weekends.
The candidate will assess the diagnostic quality of the sample slide and submission information in a timely manner (~15 minutes).
The candidate will evaluate technician appropriate sample submissions in a timely manner (~15-30 minutes).
The candidate will flag samples to be further evaluated by the on-shift clinical pathologists as needed.
Operate and maintain robotic microscopes remotely to assess sample and slide quality.
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in slide preparation and evaluation prior to pathologist review.
Evaluate select technician-appropriate samples (e.g., blood smears) and document findings within established protocols.
Collaborate with pathologists and team members to support efficient clinical pathology workflows.
Serve as a Medical Concierge by providing clear communication, timely updates, coordinating consults, and concierge-level service to clinics as needed.
Uphold laboratory standards for accuracy, reliability, and turnaround time.
Assist in troubleshooting sample quality and assessment issues, performing and recommending corrective actions as needed.
Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented work environment by sharing knowledge, assisting colleagues, and fostering collaboration in a remote setting.
