- Worked closely with the Air Force LMS (ADLS) Technology Chief to assure SCORM and 508 compliance.
- Designed and developed overall architecture, layout, navigability, user-interface, functionality and usability for SCORM web-based training products.
9. Training Modules
- Converted existing training modules for use on "I" devices (iPad, iPod, iPhone).
- Piloted computer based training modules/videos for internal use.
10. Blackboard
Blackboard Learn is a web-based learning management system or virtual learning environment that provides information management for courses and learning materials. It is a scalable software with a customizable open architecture and strong security authentication protocols. Blackboard Learn is used by various Universities around the world to provide course management for their students.

- Integrated existing changes in hardware to training materials
