They offer good incentives. 30 hours guaranteed pay. Mileage is low pay but better than nothing.
Management is all over the place. Pay is extremely low. Most of their operators are paid well below competitors. You have to be in the ER SNELL "CIRCLE" if you want to move up/advance. Mileage pay doesnt even cover a quarter tank of gas

Pay is absolutely embarrassing. When i started 2 years ago they started you at 16 an hour regardless of operating experience.
