Cathilea is CEO of e.Republic, where she oversees operations for the company’s award-winning media platforms: Governing, Government Technology and Emergency Management. Cathilea also oversees e.Republic’s websites, conferences and events, and its national research and advisory groups: the Center for Digital Government, the Center for Digital Education and the Governing Institute.

In 2014 Cathilea directed the launch of the Governing Institute’s Women in Government Leadership Program, an innovative initiative that encourages future generations of women to participate in public service.

Cathilea is a frequent speaker for government and education organizations worldwide, including the United Nations, Harvard University, the State Legislative Leaders' Foundation, the National Conference of State Legislatures, the Council of State Governments, and the World Congress on Information Technology. She has been quoted frequently in publications including the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, Forbes and others.

Cathilea is a recipient of NASCIO’s National Technology Champion Award for her outstanding contributions to advance public sector information technology innovation. She is also the winner of an Outstanding Women Leadership Award from the Sacramento Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and is a Greater Sacramento Business Hall of Fame Laureate.

Arlene Boeger is a Chief Customer Success Officer at e.Republic Inc and is based in Folsom, California. She has worked as VP Strategic Accounts at e.Republic Inc, National Sales Director at e.Republic Inc, and West Branch Manager at GTSI CORP. Arlene studied at UC Santa Barbara, UC Berkeley, UC Davis.

Paul Harney is a COO/CFO at e.Republic Inc and is based in Folsom, California. He has worked as Manager at Deloitte. Paul attended Golden Gate University and Claremont McKenna College between 1983 and 1987.

Dustin Haisler is the Chief Innovation Officer for e.Republic - the nation's leading state and local government media and research company - and the parent company of Government Technology, Governing, and the Center for Digital Government. Dustin also serves as an Eisenhower Fellow (2019 Zhi-Xing Program) and Program Faculty for the Texas State Certified Public Management Program (CPM). As the former Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Assistant City Manager for the City of Manor, Texas, a city outside Austin, Dustin quickly built a track record and reputation as an early innovator in civic tech. Dustin pioneered government use of commercial technologies not before used in the public sector - including Quick-Response (QR) barcodes, crowdsourcing, and gamification. Named a Government Technology Top 25 Doer, Dreamer and Driver in 2009, his work over the years has been featured in Wired, Fast Company, the Wall Street Journal, Inc. Magazine, the Today Show on NBC, and Citizenville by California Governor, Gavin Newsom. Dustin graduated Magna Cum Laude from LeTourneau University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and has worked with universities around the globe on incubating next-generation technologies in government including the Persuasive Technology Lab at Stanford University and the University of Trento, Italy. Dustin continues to work with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, academia, gov tech startups, and non-profits across the globe on innovation, go-to-market, and citizen engagement strategies. Dustin is also a frequent speaker on public-sector innovation and also serves on numerous public and private boards throughout the world.

Kelly Martinelli is a Chief Design Officer at e.Republic Inc.

Lisa is Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for e.Republic and its business divisions - Governing, Government Technology, Center for Digital Government and Center for Digital Education and Government Technology Executive Events. She is responsible for Human Resources where she oversees hiring, training and career development for nearly 200 staff. She is also directly responsible for the smooth performance of the company’s Information Services, Facilities, Web Services and Print Production.

Lisa established e.Republic’s cutting-edge IT Department which develops and maintains all company websites, web properties and corporate IT computing infrastructure. Lisa’s establishment of a corporate environment encouraging professional advancement is evidenced by long-term experienced staff, many who have worked with the company for over 20 years. Lisa joined e.Republic in 1995 and has helped manage and expand it from a staff of 35 to its current level.

Miriam Jones is a Chief Copy Editor at e.Republic Inc and is based in Sacramento Y, Alrededores, California. She studied at Naropa University and Wayne State University.
