Who are we looking for?
A person in this position is responsible for operating production equipment to manufacture chemical batches in compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and all local state and federal regulations regarding safety, health, and the environment.
What will you be doing?
Work from written procedures to process, purify, and chemically fabricate products and their compounds through a sequence of batch operations.
Operate equipment, including reactors, tanks, pumps, mixers, pH meters, level meters, flow meters, valves, and hoses used in the manufacture of said products.
Handle liquid and solid chemicals using pumps, scales and flow meters.
Weigh, measure and check raw materials and finished product to ensure that batches manufactured contain proper ingredients and quantities and that accurate inventory is maintained.
Perform product weighing, packaging, labeling, and boxing operations in accordance with SOP's.
Locate materials in the warehouse and transport to manufacturing areas using a forklift as needed
Collect process samples and interface with laboratory personnel for analysis.
Maintain required log sheets including but not limited to batch tickets, packaging sheets, scrubber operation log, pH meter calibration, and equipment inspections.
Attend required HSE training including Hazardous Waste Management, emergency response, and Hazard Communication, and demonstrate an acceptable level of understanding of topics.
Package, mark, and label Hazardous Waste containers.
Operate equipment and follow procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, OHSA'S 18001 standards.
Communicate with shift leader regarding safety, production, quality, or any other operational issues. Actively participate in shift meetings to assist in work planning and continuous improvement.
Adheres to all corporate, plant, and safety policies/procedures.
Wears personal protective equipment as applicable.
Completes all assigned training including corporate, HSE and Quality specific requirements
Train other chemical operators in operations, processes, and procedures as needed to ensure efficiencies, safety, and compliance.

Who are You?
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
3+ years of applicable experience making batchs, working and blending chemicals. Chemical manufacturing is highly preferred.
Experience with sulfide or cyanide gold reaction processes or other precious metals products.
Experience working in a clean-room environment
Forklift certification and Hazardous Waste Operations certification preferable
Strong verbal and written communication skills; convey technical information effectively and concisely to engineering, sales, technicians, etc.

Role and Responsibilities
Director, M&A and Strategic Investments, CBD Legal. This position would be in our Corporate Business Development (CBD) Legal group, and would report to the Managing Director, CBD Legal.
Deal Counsel. The attorney's primary role would be as deal counsel supporting all aspects of the Corporate Business Development group's activities, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic investments. Specifically, the attorney would be involved in:
Review M&A pipeline review decks and drive regulatory assessment review by antitrust, CFIUS and FDI counsel of potential transactions, including coordinating input from the applicable business unit leaders and technologists
Prepare and negotiate non-disclosure agreements
Work with internal tax and finance groups and external counsel on transaction structuring

Who are we looking for?
The FP&A Manager leads the financial planning and analysis function, providing insights that support strategic decision‑making and operational performance. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting. The FP&A Manager partners closely with business leaders to analyze results, identify trends, and recommend actions that drive financial performance and long‑term growth.
What will you be doing?
Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles
Develop financial models to support scenario planning, business cases, and strategic initiatives
Consolidate financial inputs from cross‑functional teams and ensure accuracy and alignment
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
Analyze financial results, variances, and key performance indicators
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision‑making
Collaborate with operations, sales, supply chain, and other departments to understand financial drivers
Support functional leaders with financial guidance, cost analysis, and performance tracking
Present financial insights in a clear, actionable manner
Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
Implement best practices in financial analysis, planning, and data management
Support system upgrades or automation initiatives to improve efficiency
Ensure financial planning activities align with corporate policies and accounting standards
Maintain accurate documentation and support internal/external audits
Monitor financial risks and opportunities
Who are You?
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
5-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
