High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in food science, biology, chemistry, or a related field is a plus. Ability to work 100% on the plant floor, routinely lifting 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures accurately.
