Overview
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst will have experience applying a structured CM methodology (i.e. Prosci preferred) and leading change management activities.This position can be local or remote, however this role requires availability to work in the California (Pacific) timezone.
Responsibilities
Ability to create and apply a Change Management strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Strong communication skills, ability to interact (verbally and written) with senior leadership, technical and impacted resources.
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
Assess the change impact.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Support training efforts and provide oversight as needed.
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Complete change management assessments (Risk Grid, PCT, ADKAR, Change Impacts, Readiness Surveys, etc.).
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
Consult and coach project teams (ADKAR individual change module).
Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
Support and engage senior leaders.
Coach managers and supervisors.
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
Coordinate efforts with other specialists.
Integrate change management activities into project plan.
Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
Manage stakeholders (including establishing and setting up a Change Network or regular Stakeholder meetings).
Track and report issues.
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Qualifications
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process facilitating IT Implementations, HR Transformations, or process redesigns.
Experience supporting supply manegment, inventory and logistics, and fleet management projects.
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

Overview
The purpose of the Electrical Instrumentation Inspector is to provide inspection and quality assurance of contractor's quality of work in accordance with the NEC, client's standards, policies, and procedures as it relates to electrical, SCADA, System Analyses Tests (SAT), pressure limiting systems and equipment on natural gas utility facility construction projects. The Electrical Instrumentation inspector duties include, but are not limited to inspection of conduit installation, control piping, tubing, wiring, instruments, valves, SCADA and communication systems and all related equipment. Position responsibilities include inspection and quality assurance of contractor's preparation, excavation, installation, and fitting of under/above ground electrical, communication and gas lines associated with SCADA controls for natural gas utility infrastructure.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for an ERP Systems Administrator who will be the primary technical expert responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and performance of Deltek Vantagepoint. What we are looking for
SCS Engineers is looking for a Project Manager to join our Renewable Energy Division. The division focuses on renewable energy design/build/operate projects in the renewable biogas and renewable power markets. SCS Energy's biogas-to-energy facilities currently operating, or currently under design or construction, will remove more than 2,000,000 metric tons/year of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) in greenhouse gas emissions from the atmosphere. Our projects help a diversified client base achieve their renewable energy goals by reducing their carbon footprint and creating useful by-products from waste material. SCS builds systems that power universities, wastewater treatment plants and dairies; generate renewable natural gas sales; and support electric utilities.
The Project Manager will handle day-to-day project management of the design, construction and commissioning of renewable power and gas-processing facilities as well as detailed engineering activities. Project size will range from $45MM to $80MM. This role is stationied in our Long Beach, CA Headquarters, but can be hybrid. Travel will be required.

Overview
E2 is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to support our client's Damaged Tower Assessment Program (DTAP). The successful candidate will lead the structural evaluation, analysis, and engineering recommendations for lattice steel transmission towers that have sustained damage or exhibit signs of degradation. This role combines engineering expertise, field validation, and collaboration with asset management and maintenance teams to ensure continued reliability and safety of our client's transmission grid.
Responsibilities
Perform structural engineering assessments of damaged, corroded, or deformed lattice steel towers and components.
Review and analyze inspection reports, photographs, and field measurements to determine structural capacity and fitness for service.
Conduct structural modeling, load assessments, and failure analysis using applicable tools and methods (e.g., STAAD, PLS-TOWER, or hand calcs).
Develop engineering recommendations for repair, reinforcement, or replacement of damaged tower components in accordance with SCE standards and CPUC GO-95.
Assist field inspectors and construction crews by providing technical guidance on-site as needed.
Review historical drawings, loading conditions, and modification records to evaluate structural performance and conformance.
Collaborate with civil, electrical, and transmission line engineers to ensure holistic and safe engineering solutions.
Participate in root cause failure analysis, engineering review boards, and lessons-learned activities.
Maintain clear, traceable engineering documentation and contribute to technical reports and work packages.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering.
3-7 years of experience in structural analysis and design, preferably in utility or transmission structures.
Working knowledge of lattice steel tower behavior, load paths, wind and seismic loading, and corrosion impacts.
Familiarity with relevant standards and codes: CPUC GO-95, ASCE, AISC, IEEE, NESC.
Proficiency with structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD, SAP2000, RISA, or equivalent).
Ability to interpret field inspection data, engineering drawings, and specifications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
California Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
Experience working with utilities, particularly SCE or within California.
Experience with PLS-TOWER, PLS-CADD, or transmission line structural modeling tools.
Familiarity with asset management systems, GIS platforms, and inspection programs.
Understanding of corrosion mitigation, fatigue, and aging infrastructure evaluation.

Wage Data Per State Requirements
Salary range for this position is $90,000 - $130,000. The starting salary will be commensurate with skill, education, experience, and working environment.
