Overview
The technical advisor will provide technical expertise on distribution system design and operation for New Business Projects.
Responsibilities
Assess existing distribution systems and recommend improvements on the design to increase reliability, efficiency, and performance.
Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments of the distribution model/design provided.
Ensure compliance with industry and SDG&E standards and regulations.
Train and mentor staff on best design practices and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, related field or equivalent training and/or experience.
Project or construction management certification or equivalent is preferred.
8+ years progressive experience in Designer roles with responsibilities, activities, and tasks/duties in all material aspects which require substantially the same levels of functional knowledge and skills to perform.
Must have experience with New Business projects.
3+ years of senior level Designer, project management or lead experience.
Advanced demonstrable knowledge of, and experience with, the interpretation and application of engineering principles, Overhead, Underground and Gas Standards, Design Manuals, Service Planning Manuals, Service Guides and CPUC Rules, as required.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Geographical Information Systems, required.
Advanced proficiency in O-Calc Pro, SAP, DPSS, CISCO, word processing, spreadsheets and Outlook required.
1-2 years experience creating custom gas and electric AUD builds for utilities.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to quickly learn and develop a strong working knowledge of various software applications.
Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills and proactive follow-up (internal and external) Proficient in oral and written communication.

The Distribution Project Planner will assist in the development of strategic project plans, which will help the Company meet its goals.
Responsibilities

* Be responsible to draft and review a variety of agreements, including NDAs, teaming agreements, joint ventures, prime contracts, and subcontracts.
* Maintain close working relationships with applicable leadership team, sales and delivery managers, other members of the legal department, as well as other internal core services groups necessary to achieve comprehensive review and risk assessment (cybersecurity, tax, insurance, etc.).
* Serve as one of the organization's contacts to address questions related to existing contracts and contract processes.
* Prioritize between multiple projects on a time-sensitive basis.

Overview
Responsible for the design of deliverables associated with a substation design project supporting different electric utility clients. We are looking for Procore Administrator II to join our growing team in the San Diego, CA area. The Procore Administrator is key in facilitating Procore tools with users in their company. Project Administrators use Procore to perform the following key tasks: define user access levels, configure company level settings, configure default project settings, and create custom company reports.

Report custom build and Procore updates directly to manager and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create and refine best practices.
Assist with Procore integrations to other platforms, such as SharePoint, SAP, P6, Open Text.
Support project management teams to maintain timely and effective change management process and procedures with Procore workstream.
Perform routine audit checks of Procore project sites and inform Program Managers about issues that need to be resolved. Such permissions include cyber security and access issues.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and review a wide range of tax returns, including individual, corporate (S Corp and C Corp), partnership, estate, trust, fiduciary, and exempt organization filings.
Conduct and present complex tax research to support client needs and internal decision-making.
Ensure all returns comply with current IRS regulations and the latest tax laws.
Collaborate with Senior Management on special projects and additional assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong tax preparation and detailed review experience.
In-depth knowledge and experience of tax concepts related to individuals, corporations, and partnerships, with a willingness to continue your tax knowledge growth.
Tax research skills.
Proficient with CCH Axcess Tax or similar systems.
Heightened ability to problem solve.
Team mentality.
US Licensed CPA with at least 2 years of experience in public accounting.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET approved college or university.
0-3 years of experience working in substation design or similar with utility or consulting engineering firm
Proficient using Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
Basic written and verbal communication skills
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification preferred but not required.
Experience with substation design and construction standards for Southern California Edison.
Experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.

Responsibilities
Visits work sites to collect information and assist with determination of scope to enable designs of low to moderate complexity for additions and modifications to Company gas and/or electric facilities from onset through completion of project.
As necessary, meets with customers to identify specific design limitations, and customer requests.

Qualifications
