* Serve as subject matter expert on workplace culture practices specializing in Employee Resource Groups and Talent Inclusion efforts. This includes conducting client calls on related inquiries, providing practitioner consulting on development and execution of strategy. Positioning as a "trusted extension of our clients' teams".
* Ability to deliver presentations to our DBP partners on an array of subjects both new and existing.
* Collaborate with relationship managers and marketing teams to identify, develop and build proposals to secure new member pipeline, close new deals and execute renewals.
* Support Seramount events and conferences, serve as partner advocate for content, facilitate and add to partner experiences.
* Partner with marketing to create and/or advise on communications and partner outreach (e.g. blogs or articles, resources, and promotional messages).
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in related field.
* 5+ years of post-graduate professional work experience in inclusive workplace culture and 3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or consulting.
* Concrete understanding of Inclusive Talent Strategies, ERGs, and their correlation to implementing significant organizational impact in the workforce, workplace and marketplace.

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $72,500 - $110,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.

Candidate Profile
The VP of Operations & Supply Chain must be a proven, highly effective leader with well-honed business skills and a history of leading operations in a growing business. This key position requires a minimum of 10 years of operations and manufacturing leadership experience in a job shop manufacturing environment.
The VP of Operations & Supply Chain must possess an understanding and passion for developing people, and a preferred candidate will possess an understanding of medical and defense industry standards for how PCBA interconnect flex circuits and Thermofoil heating solutions are produced. An undergraduate degree, ideally with a technical or business management focus is required; an advanced degree is desired.
Qualified candidates will possess a strong operations and manufacturing background with a broad understanding of customer relations, product specifications, and market conditions that affect competitiveness when dealing with engineered products. Experience managing production in compliance within a Quality Management System, with certifications (QMAS, ISO, NadCap, IPC, etc.) and a proven track record of leading Lean manufacturing improvements, implementing and sustaining 5S, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints (TOC), and Cell Manufacturing.
Prior management experience is desired, as is a track record of achieving superior growth and profitability results within an industry. Exceptional leadership skills are essential, characterized by a drive to succeed through staff development. NetSuite (or broad ERP) experience is a significant plus, along with a proven ability to manage resources and schedules within the system.

Strategic Leader - Student Success, AssociateDirector
The Strategic Leader is the primary relationship manager and consultant for our college and university partner institutions, playing the lead role in embedding our Student Success Technology across campus and ensuring our partners see value in our technology. In addition to partnering with executives and senior leaders to set and execute on strategic goals, the Strategic Leader will work with leadership across departments to drive depth and breadth of use of the platform, leverage data to identify new areas of opportunity and identify and overcome systemic obstacles to student retention and graduation success. The official and internal title of this hire is expected to be "Strategic Leader, Student Success" to align with EAB business norms.
This role is ideally based in Washington, DC. This position is additionally open to candidates based in Richmond, VA and open to exceptional candidates based remotely in the continental United States as well.
Primary Responsibilities:
Embedding Student Success Technology Adoption and Utilization:
* Manage the end-to-end relationship with universities and community colleges utilizing EAB's Student Success technology, from initial onboarding to continued platform adoption and utilization, through goal-setting and consulting on strategic use
* Consult with campus executives on establishing and maintaining an effective leadership team responsible for the success of the Student Success Technology, setting clear expectations for utilization and accountability towards set goals
* Complete assessment of student support workflows and processes, including advising, tutoring, and other support offices and services across campus; Identify opportunities to develop optimal workflow integration of the platform
* Collaborate with leaders across campus on change management strategies
* Partner with EAB technical/data support staff and launch consultants to ensure smooth implementation of our technology platform
* Understand the workflow needs and priorities of various constituencies across campuses and collaborate with internal colleagues on resources and offerings that support increased adoption and specific use cases
Driving Student Success Technology Impact:
* Serve as partner's dedicated point of contact, working closely with executive and senior leaders on campus to align on the institution's student success goals and priorities
* Create an annual Success Plan based on use of EAB's Student Success technology towards successful outcomes against stated goals
* Understand the clear value of the platform to various constituencies
* Consult with the campus leadership team on relevant research, best practices, and strategies that can help drive specific goals and use cases for different offices on campus
* Develop engagement strategies with key leaders and collaborators, including participation in EAB's Partner Experiences such as webinars, summits, and trainings
* Facilitate regular discussions with leadership on best practices and strategies to see meaningful results with the platform
* Assess partner's progress against their Success Plan as well as growth within EAB's recommended best practices for meaningful platform use
* Facilitate regular conversations with the campus leadership team and executives on progress towards goals, and providing feedback and recommendations for ongoing impact
* Provide presentations, workshops, and resources on EAB's research and insights
* Provide feedback and support to EAB's Product Management team to continue to further refine and enhance the technology
* Understand trends and themes that drive or impede successful outcomes among partner institutions and collaborate with internal colleagues on resources and offerings that showcase best practices and provide relevant insights and tactics
Contributing to Renewals and Cross Sells:
* Monitor the health of the partnership, manage continuous process improvement, and assure the platform is meeting the partner's needs
* Maintain a strong relationship with executives and decision-makers and provide regular assessment of impact and value stories of EAB's partnership with the institution
* Understand partner's ongoing goals and needs and how EAB continues to provide valuable solutions and support
* Create and work against a tailored renewal strategy alongside Account Management
* Identify cross-sell opportunities across EAB's portfolio and support the sales process
* Triage, report, address and communicate next steps for partner needs, issues or product gaps
* Understand trends among your partner portfolio and in addition to reporting on your business, contribute to internal efforts to address trends in the market, partner health, and key metrics
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Proven record of professional success
* Must possess 5+ years of experience in two of the following:
* Consulting experience
* Customer Success Management experience
* Leadership experience
* Direct work and relationships with executives and/or senior leaders
* Presentation and facilitation experience
* Willingness to travel 20-30% domestically
* Valid driver's license

* Experience working in higher education
* Deep knowledge of the academy, in particular student success
* Demonstrated solution-focused deductive reasoning

Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary range for this role is $70,000 - $99,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.
This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

/OBJECTIVE The Sr. Director of Field Service Operations is responsible for providing the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the Copier Service, Install, PMO and Shred Divisions has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The Sr. Director of Field Service Operations is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the department and by working with the Executive Management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. The Sr. Director of Field Service Operations is also responsible for directing, planning, budgeting, and leading the company's Field Services division to ensure they are a profitable contributor to the business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

▪Drive the Field Services division to meet and exceed sales, profitability, and business goals to achieve long-term, sustainable EBIDTA.
▪Collaborate with the Executive Leadership team to maximize operating leverage and create enterprise value.

▪Provide management, direction and mentorship to Field Services division leadership and personnel.

▪Appropriately represent Marco in organizational relationships with clients, suppliers, competitors, bankers, government agencies, professional societies, and similar groups.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 10 years+ of industry experience.
Licenses and Certifications
- Valid Driver's License, proof of personal insurance and an acceptable driving record.
