Participate in collecting, accurately processing, and reporting receipt of application fees, security deposits, rents, and other fees.
Assist in accurately entering all prospect and resident data in MRI.
Obtain knowledge to comply with all Fair Housing regulations, Tax Compliance regulations, and other laws as they relate to property-specific guidelines and occupancy standards.
Assist in planning and preparation of resident functions.
Participate in walking the property for curb appeal and overall property appearance.
Obtain knowledge in recording and acting on resident service requests, ensuring excellent customer service with same day or maximum 24 hour follow up.
Assist in answering the phone and communicating courteously and professionally with all customers.
Be the example and take accountability for all your actions. Know and adhere to the Company's mission, vision, values, and policies.
Maintain professional dress and conduct at all times.
Keep files, desk, and leasing area organized.
Perform other duties as required.

Enrolled in 4-year accredited Property Management/Real Estate/Marketing or similar Program
1-year customer service work experience
Proficient computer skills

We are seeking motivated Architectural Interns to work collaboratively in our Clearwater, FL office, in a team environment, performing design and technical production of documents in Revit and AutoCAD through all phases of architecture.
Job Responsibilities
Contribute to the design and technical development of meaningful architectural projects by collaborating with integrated project teams and learning from experienced architects and designers across all phases of practice.
Perform redline changes and revisions.
Assist with contract administration responsibilities.
Assist in field verification, including field measurement & record documentation.
Product research.
Maintaining timely, effective and honest communications.
Additional duties may be asked upon management's request.
Minimum Qualifications
Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Architecture or a closely related field.
Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with the Adobe Suite and additional Autodesk products a plus.
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to complete projects on time, with precision and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of an effective team, assisting and supporting team members.
