EAG is starting the search for a Management Consultant to join our Consulting Delivery team.
The Management Consultant will guide clients through multifaceted transformations using EAG's methodology, from project planning to execution and final sign-off. The role will play a pivotal role in complex system implementations, divestitures, acquisitions, software selections, MDM, business intelligence, and data analytics projects.
Strong time management, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, are essential along with the ability to work as part of a team. All members of the EAG team are expected to actively participate in our team environment, communicate with our customers in a professional and service-oriented manner, and identify process improvement and optimization opportunities. As EAG continues to grow, members must be able to handle changing priorities, new challenges, and multi-tasking.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate client meetings, process/design workshops, user acceptance test sessions, and weekly status updates.
Compile and monitor project metrics, and develop project deliverables.
Collaborate with clients, third-party vendors, and EAG team members to identify and document desired functionality, business requirements, and supporting processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project and communication plans.
Support and nurture client relationships, addressing questions, issues, and roadblocks in a timely manner.
Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and programs.
Lead various phases of the project through to successful completion.

Experience, and Educational Requirements (Minimum Qualifications):
4+ years of consulting experience or business analyst experience in the oil and gas industry.
4+ years of energy industry experience, including working knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Revenue Accounting, Production Accounting, Well Data and Drilling, Land Management, or Midstream.
4+ years of system implementation experience.
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience with data cleansing and/or conversion.
Proficient in report design/development, testing, and defect resolution.
Experience with integration design and development.
Strong background in business requirements gathering and system testing.
Proven ability to deliver end-user training.

Job Summary:
The ROCC Operator will be responsible for 24x7 monitoring and control for Repsol's renewable generation assets across the US. This role will function from the remote-operations control center (ROCC) based in downtown Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities:
Operability
Monitor real-time 24/7 control center operations of renewable assets to ensure safety, operability, and grid reliability in accordance with standard operating procedures
Incident categorization, initial troubleshooting and escalation of issues (alarms, faults, abnormal operations) using our enterprise SCADA and CMMS applications.
Fault/alarm resolution either by remote resets or coordinating local resets with field personnel.
Coordinating with field personnel to ensure safe and reliable operations in accordance with standard operating and safety procedures.
Coordinate with Regional Transmission Organization and Independent System Operators (RTO/ISO). As per North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC)
Enter and manage work orders to ensure traceability of all activities at the plants
Make proper notifications to scheduling coordinators, transmission/grid operators in the event of derates or planned outages.
Create and maintain documentation to effectively support the operating fleet. This may include operating procedures, turnover documentation, work instructions, alarm lists etc
Safety
Ensure safe and proper control of substation switching equipment and generators
Execute emergency response procedures in accordance with safety plans.
Grid Compliance
Manual override of grid instructions/curtailments in the event of failure of AGC systems
Submit outage/derate notifications to external entities using the required applications for related RTO/ISO.
Analyze plant historical data and draft summary reports
Monitor for voltage deviation of any plant and correct where necessary
Support grid reliability using the voltage monitoring tool and correct any deviation
Support grid reliability using the curtailment reliability tool and correct any abnormal operation
Perform all tasks listed above during the construction and commissioning of new plants
Requirements/Qualifications:
Experience

Job Summary:
Repsol Renewables North America (RRNA) is seeking an innovative and motivated individual to oversee the daily operations of a PV Solar plant as part of RRNA's rapidly growing renewable energy portfolio. Under limited supervision, this role is primarily responsible for ensuring the reliable operations of a 666.1 MWac / 825.2 MWdc plant in Texas. Works with engineering and construction teams during the construction phase of the plant to assist in mechanical completion and commissioning as well as other duties contributing to the completion and handover to operations.
Serves as the owner representative of the plant.
Collaborates and coordinates with contractors to plan and execute preventative and corrective services on the PV plant.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of plant equipment by performing in process QA/QC interactions.
Work with external parties to ensure performance data (availability, performance ratio, etc.) is correct and agreed to in real-time.
Proactively look for improvement opportunities and provide recommendations.
Interpret, and understand drawings and schematics to develop work instructions for planned activities ensuring risks are identified and mitigated.
Perform advanced level troubleshooting for component repair and replacements with proficient use of specialized tools and diagnostic processes.

SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented R&D Scientist with a strong background in analytical chemistry to join our Research & Development team. Summary
The Allocation Engineer's mission is to ensure the proper allocation of the production back to the individual wells and will be the Unconventional Business Unit point of contact in the allocation methodology. The Allocation Engineer will learn the QA/QC processes and ensure methodology is calculating correctly. The UBU produces gas and condensate at the wellhead, which is subsequently processed into dry gas, natural gas liquids and stabilized condensate. The Allocation engineer will work in a multi-disciplinary team that includes operators and accountants to achieve the objective of accurate allocation.
Essential Functions
Be the local reference of the production back allocation process and validate allocation in hydrocarbon accounting system to analyze daily closing production figures.
Establish the daily and monthly QA/QC tools and processes for data entry and the resulting production allocation.
Track and drive progress of new functionalities/methodologies within hydrocarbon accounting system.
Validate existing allocation setups and provide guidance to Production Accounting team and IT when questions arise. Be able to work closely with a variety of groups to understand actual field set up to ensure correct implementation in hydrocarbon accounting system.
Management of the sampling program, laboratory analyses, and recombination process for the purposes of allocation. Including QA/QC of sampling analyses (GOR Analysis, Hoffman plot, composition plot).

Maintain PVT tables in hydrocarbon accounting system - QAQC, Upload, Validation

Identify and categorize for management the production forecast changes and explain reconciliation on a weekly and monthly basis
Theoretical vs Allocated production monitoring - variance oversight (wells, midstations)
Become the main point of contact for the NonOperated production and Operating expenses

Required Qualifications

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, development, procurement, interconnection, and finance) to define project scopes and ensure strategic alignment.
Support permitting processes and provide technical input for land leases, AHJ agreements, and Road Use Agreements.
Assist with site layout development and conduct constructability reviews in coordination with engineering.
Review and validate engineering drawings and structural diagrams; ensure accuracy of “as-built” documentation.
Manage delivery schedules for key equipment (e.g., MPTs, HVCBs) and support transmission team with interconnection agreements.
Prepare and manage RFPs for execution teams and specialty services (e.g., geotechnical, topographic, ALTA surveys).
Support contract and exhibit development for BOP, EPC, MSA, and TSA agreements.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain project risk registers and support contingency planning.
Generate and track task orders, AFEs, and purchase orders; maintain spend curves and budget dashboards.
Conduct technical reviews to identify issues, opportunities, and value engineering options.
Present progress reports and updates to leadership and cross-functional teams using internal tools
Contribute to feasibility studies and financial modeling for new projects in collaboration with business development and M&A teams.
Qualifications:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S for any employer.
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline. (Electrical, Mechanical, or civil preferred)
2 to 5 years of related experience Understanding the fundamentals of engineering
