    Hiring Hourly Range: $24.87-$26.20 & $3000 bonus! The Baggage Room Techs resolve baggage handling system issues, malfunctions, and jams within the baggage handling system (Bagland area). Staff will be loading/unloading/positioning luggage up to 60 lbs onto the conveyor belt and resetting the baggage system as necessary. This seasonal position will start on December 1, 2025, and the end date will be March 28, 2026, depending on business needs. We have 2 openings: * One AM shifts: 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM * One PM shifts: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM We will need coverage for AM/PM shifts from Saturday to Wednesday. The schedule is subject to change based on flight times. $3000 Bonus: $1500 Bonus paid at the end of January & up to $1500 End of Season Bonus based on performance, attitude, and attendance. * Housing may be available. Essential Functions * Responds to baggage tie-ups/jams (30%) * Load, unload, and position baggage up to 60 pounds. * Handles all luggage with care. * Works with TSA to ensure bags are aligned properly on the baggage system to limit potential jams and out-of-gauge bags. (15%) * Monitors baggage system and responds/resets as the situation requires (15%) * Keeps the baggage system clean and maintains baggage areas (15%) * Develops and maintains beneficial relationships with airport staff, tenants, concessionaires, and airport users. (5%) * Observes safety and security procedures, uses equipment and materials safely and reports potentially unsafe conditions. The Project Manager provides project management and support on major capital projects by managing the activities of design and construction on new facilities, up-grades and major civil improvements. The Snow Removal Techs work as part of a team, operating various snow removal equipment, to remove snow from the airside and landside areas at the Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE). Snow Techs work with other part-time employees and full-time staff to ensure snow removal equipment is maintained and kept in a clean condition. Daily on-call Stipend: Weekday- $35/day, Weekend- $52/day, and Holiday- $72/day. Bonus: $1500 bonus paid on January 30th, 2026 & up to $1500 end-of-season bonus based on performance, attitude, and attendance. Schedule: * Schedule: On-Call pay starts November 1st, 2025 through March 31st, 2026. Work may be available at an hourly rate in October and April. Mandatory training on equipment, Snow and Ice Control Plans, and Airport familiarization will be conducted in October and November each season. * The on-call shifts include 3am-3:30pm or 1pm-1:30am. * On-call snow removal responsibilities are 7 days a week; hours worked will fluctuate based on snowfall and weather conditions. * Housing may be available.
