Summary
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Revenue Operations Lead to support key business functions, including Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Channel Sales, and Direct Sales. Responsibilities
Lead revenue operations strategies and initiatives across Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Channel Sales, and Direct Sales teams.
Partner with leadership to align business goals, streamline operations, and improve revenue performance.
Develop and implement metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track and analyze business performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and processes, supporting a data-driven culture.
Collaborate with Finance to forecast revenue, analyze trends, and contribute to financial planning efforts.
Support the Channel and Direct Sales teams with operational tools and insights to optimize the sales process.

Act as a central resource for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues across departments.
Experience
Minimum 7 years of experience in SaaS Revenue Operations or finance.
Strong analytical and strategic mindset with experience in building and analyzing data models, KPIs, and dashboards.
Proven experience supporting diverse teams such as Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Sales.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. Experience and expertise with SQL a plus.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Summary
Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Manager at Eagle Eye Networks who will lead and build an international, matrixed team of 5-15 QA engineers responsible for testing applications, code, APIs, and features of our flagship devices and services. Your team will be an integral part of our Agile delivery process, developing and executing test plans from API testing at the lowest level of our technology stack to manual and automated end-to-end testing of services, devices, applications, and features.
In this role, you will create an environment where your team members champion the quality of our products. Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Summary
Eagle Eye Networks is growing rapidly and seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. This role's starting rate is $16.50 per hour. The clerk will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and the manufacturing team to ensure all hardware is delivered timely to our customers. Teamwork and process improvement are the keys to success in accomplishing this mission. Clerks are responsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received in a company. They pack the goods in shipping containers, develop mailing labels and shipping documents, work with our 3PL account representatives, and ensure that all orders have been filled correctly. Implement, optimize, and scale the global data center backbone to ensure high availability and security.
Contribute to the implementation and refinement of Juniper EVPN-VXLAN fabric for scalable overlay networks in our cloud environment.
Configure and manage mission-critical routing protocols (BGP,IPSec,ICCP) to ensure resilient, high-performance global connectivity.
Configure and maintain security policies using enterprise-grade firewalls (Fortinet, or similar).
Collaborate with Infrastructure, SRE, and Development teams to integrate networking solutions with compute, storage and cloud systems (Kubernetes/Ceph).
Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python,Bash,Ansible) to streamline network provisioning and scaling.
Utilize and support network observability tools (Prometheus,Grafana) for infrastructure monitoring and insight.
Provide effective troubleshooting and resolution for network incidents of varying complexity to minimize downtime.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer proficient in Juniper EVPN-VXLAN, advanced routing, and enterprise firewalls.
Working knowledge of core routing protocols BGP/IPSec for scaling global data center networks.
Strong proficiency in Linux and proven ability to automate tasks using Python, Bash, or Ansible.
Practical experience with Prometheus and Grafana for proactive network monitoring and actionable insights.
Experience in configuring firewalls and implementing network security best practices.
Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex network and infrastructure issues.
Proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies across the infrastructure stack.

Strategic Planning & Pre-Production:

Create and manage detailed production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Filming & Production:
Execute both in-studio and remote field production, including expert setup of lighting, filming, and professional audio capture.

Coordinate and manage all remote and on-location filming for customer success stories.
Act as the client for any external resources to manage and direct planning, budget, production, and post-production as needed from vendors or contractors.
Post-Production & Content Management:
Perform comprehensive post-production work, including editing, motion graphics, color correction, and sound mixing.
Develop and integrate professional motion graphics and visual effects to enhance content quality and brand presence.
Log, maintain, and securely transfer all raw and finished footage to ensure an organized, accessible asset library.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Engage and manage external resources (agencies, contractors) for large-scale corporate and commercial video projects.

Requirements
5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end video production/content creation experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS or Technology environment.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts (like cloud VMS, AI, and analytics) into clear, concise, and engaging visual narratives for a business audience.
Exceptional aesthetic judgment and a deep understanding of visual design principles (typography, color theory, composition) to ensure all content maintains a professional, consistent, and high-quality brand look and feel.
Proven skill in advanced motion graphics creation, including explainer animation, kinetic typography, lower thirds, and complex data visualization.

Eagle Eye Networks is growing rapidly and seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. This role's starting rate is $16.50 per hour. The clerk will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and the manufacturing team to ensure all hardware is delivered timely to our customers. Teamwork and process improvement are the keys to success in accomplishing this mission. Clerks are responsible for keeping records of all products shipped and received in a company. They pack the goods in shipping containers, develop mailing labels and shipping documents, work with our 3PL account representatives, and ensure that all orders have been filled correctly. Summary
Eagle Eye Networks is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Manager at Eagle Eye Networks who will lead and build an international, matrixed team of 5-15 QA engineers responsible for testing applications, code, APIs, and features of our flagship devices and services. Your team will be an integral part of our Agile delivery process, developing and executing test plans from API testing at the lowest level of our technology stack to manual and automated end-to-end testing of services, devices, applications, and features.

Responsibilities
