In this Electronic-Mechanical Technician role, you will be responsible for the assembly, testing and troubleshooting of EHT power system products prior to delivery to customers. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, a team player, and detail oriented to help us deliver world-class power system capabilities to our customers.

Key Job Responsibilities
Install circuit board components using approved soldering techniques for surface mount and through-hole mount components on multi-layer printed circuit boards
Construct wiring harnesses using wire splicing, crimping, various connector installations, and soldering on a multitude of different connectors and cable types.
Assemble power supply subsystems including circuit boards, mechanical structures, and thermal management systems
Utilize standard laboratory equipment to assess and troubleshoot electronic assemblies
Construct test fixtures for validating and troubleshooting power systems and PCBs
Document assembly and testing data for integration into internal and external reports
Read, understand, and follow engineering assembly drawings, bill of materials, manufacturing procedures, work instructions, supporting documentation in English
Use and maintain various hand tools to assemble mechanical components into larger assemblies
Interface with vendors and contract manufacturing partners to facilitate part procurement and manufacturing support via phone and email
About This Team
Our technician team works closely with the engineering teams to validate all aspects of the product, from manufacturability of the assemblies to final functional checkout. Lessons learned by this team in functional tests and assembly are fed back to engineering to create a continuous improvement cycle of design validation, ensuring the highest product quality achievable is delivered to our customers.
Basic Qualifications
Technical associate degree or graduate of electronic technical school or civ/mil equivalent
2+ years of related experience
Experience reading schematics and drawings in English
Hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical assembly, soldering, and basic electrical test equipment
Must have experience with the operation and use of basic machine shop tools
Capable of operating standard electronic test equipment; oscilloscopes, DMM, frequency generators, etc.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Knows when to ask questions to efficiently drive towards personal and team goals
Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to switch from one task to another
Needs to work well with others and be able to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions in English
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of related technical experience and NPI in power electronics industry
Knowledge of safety SOPs for working with high-voltage or high-power systems
Military PMEL or TMDE training

About This Team
The technical program manager team tracks technical and business issues across programs and recommends solutions to executive leadership in a prompt manner. TPMs propose solutions to technical constraints in response to crisis injects using their technical expertise and experience, as well as provide solutions for escalated quality problems, while avoiding bottlenecks in the development cycle via constant review of the velocity of product development.
Basic Qualifications:

Adhere to the passenger and load capacity for each shuttle vehicle
Convey passengers to and from predetermined pick up and drop off locations
Prior to departure, ensure that all passengers disembark safely with all their personal belongings before leaving to your next drop off/ pick up location.
Communicate with your supervisor on departure times and schedule
Attend required safety meeting and or training as needed.
Report general or driver related incidents to your supervisor
Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to your supervisor

JOB SUMMARY
Contact Center Agents will specialize in assisting and exciting guests about our resort and help to plan and book all their winter and summer needs. Contact Center agents will answer all inquiries regarding products and services including lift access, rentals, lessons and more. Inquiries will come through various channels, including Nice CXOne a web-based telephony system, and email.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deal with guest and employee escalations in a professional manner.
Thorough understanding of all products and services available. Will present accurate, detailed information about product offerings. Provide general information about Crystal Mountain and Alterra Mountain Company and the destinations via the telephone, email, or chat.
Technical skills and an understanding of Inntopia, AMP, and the ability to perform basic math calculations, as well as experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Work Day for scheduling and timeclock functions.
Candidates should have a proven record of being able to communicate well, manage well under pressure, make logical decisions, problem solve, be resourceful and able to multitask.

JOB SUMMARY-
The Lodge Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff across all resort facilities. This includes lodges, restrooms, dining areas, rental shops, and other public spaces. You will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks, responding to urgent custodial needs, and ensuring that all areas meet health and safety standards-especially during peak ski season when guest traffic is high.

The Expeditor, or “Expo” in restaurant talk, is an essential position for the function of a restaurant. This position ensures that the food leaving the kitchen is correctly prepared according to the ticket, the plates are going to the right tables, and oversees finishing the plating. The expo is the direct line of communication between the front and back of house. On busy days, the expo will also run food to the proper tables.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Stamina: Expect long, busy days on your feet. You also might need to lift heavy objects like trash bags, or pallets of stock.
Teamwork: You will be working with servers, bussers, bartenders and cooks to create a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential.
Strong communication skills are essential to the proper flow of the restaurant and speedy delivery of food to our guests.
Knowledge of the dining area setup. Will be expected to run food to the proper tables when servers are not available.
Setup and clean up of the expo station, rotation of product, and quality control are the main focus of this role.

JOB SUMMARY
As a valued Restaurant Manager at Crystal Mountain, you will motivate, support and mentor staff and commit to providing excellent customer experience. At the Summit of Crystal Mountain, you will directly oversee the operations of the Summit House Restaurant, Tower 16, and any pop-ups and events at the Summit location. Duties for all venues are as follows.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Assists F&B Leadership in forecasting and supporting budget development
Responsible for maintaining par levels and ordering product
Coordinates product deliveries to venues with Shipping and Receiving team
Responsible for inventory input and calculation of COGs
Conduct staff meetings
Set schedules for the service staff
Manage and oversee venue operations
Help achieve restaurant operational objectives
Plan and develop staff incentive programs
Respond to customer concerns and questions in-person and electronically
Control costs and minimize waste while ensuring high quality of preparation
Model hospitality professionalism and nurture a positive working environment delivering exceptional customer service in daily operations and events
Maintain a safe, healthy, and secure working environment holistically, including facility management
Maintain current reservations/waitlist system, POS, Inventory, operational systems and support with training when needed
Collaborate with F&B leadership and Marketing to promote and market the business

Must have Washington MAST Card

JOB SUMMARY-
The Waste Collector is responsible for all refuse including trash, recycling, and compost within Crystal Mountain Resort Operations and works to provide the best possible guest experience. Following standard operating procedures and all safety regulations relating to the operation of company vehicles, trash compactor, recycling compactor, and compost machine. Responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization and sanitation of the compactor shed, associated dumpsters, and the surrounding areas. Works to develop a positive image of the sustainability efforts of Crystal Mountain Resort. Dependent on waste removal needs, they may also be responsible for janitorial duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES-
The Waste Organizer is responsible for ensuring that all mountain waste is sorted and disposed of in the proper receptacles.
Engage and welcome all Crystal Mountain guests
Sort all compost to ensure that only compost is being put into the composting machine
Sort all recycling to ensure that only the correct recyclable materials are put into the recycling compactor
Sort all landfill bags to ensure that only what needs to go to the landfill is put into the landfill compactor
Clean sorting stations and facility at the end of shift
Removal of trash, recycling, and compost at Crystal Mountain including the day lodge, Campbell Basin, Summit House, and making rounds through departments as needs arise.
Haul trash from Crystal Mountain Base area to perspective compactor in shop yard.
Empty and sort the refuse that comes down from the Campbell Basin trailer haul.
Maintain cleanliness of trash room, compost buckets, food haul trailer and surrounding areas.

Job Summary
Cook is responsible for BOH operations of a specific outlet within Crystal Mountain Resort Culinary Operations and works to provide the best possible guest experience within the restaurant. Follows recipes, chef guidance on stations, Standard Operating Procedures, and all safety regulations. Responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization and sanitation of his/her specific station, the kitchen as a whole, and for the delivery of high quality and properly served food & beverage products. Works to develop a positive public image of his/her specific outlet and Crystal Mountain Resort.

Basic knife skills

The Lift Maintenance team at Crystal Mountain is the backbone of the operation. The primary responsibility of the team is to ensure the safe, efficient and clean operation of all ski lifts, conveyors and the Mt. Rainier Gondola. through open and thorough communication with all other departments. As a Lift Mechanic one may be called on to perform any number of duties across the mountain throughout the assigned shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES-
Objective-Provide Safe and Reliable lift transportation for our guests.
Daily Inspections and startup procedures during operation.
Keeping machinery and lift stations clear of snow and ice.
Monitoring lift functions while operating.
Able to troubleshoot and repair lift malfunctions.
Perform annual preventative maintenance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS-
Runs lifts for maintenance
Basic knowledge of lift components
Basic mechanical and tool knowledge
Mechanically inclined
Assist in building sheaves, grips, and other parts
Works on group projects with mechanics
Helps transport people, tools, equipment around mountain with snowmobiles or pickup trucks
Interested in learning about hydraulic, low voltage electrical, and various mechanical systems used in ski lifts
Competent in all apprentice level skills
Operate all lifts on electric and auxiliary engines
Conduct lift start up procedures
Minor lift troubleshooting and repairs
Complete small projects with guidance
Assists with monthly service work and brake tests
Lift operations or other ski area experience preferred
At least 18 years of age
Valid Driver's License
