The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and experienced in leading field teams within large utility-scale solar projects. Field Project Manager Responsibilities: Serve as GameChange Solar's primary on-site representative and project lead. Coordinate directly with EPCs, installation contractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful system installation and performance. Conduct and oversee installation training, ensuring compliance with GameChange Solar manuals and construction drawings. Perform QA/QC inspections on incoming materials and installations per GameChange standards. Act as the technical expert on installation best practices, troubleshooting, and design compliance. Escalate technical issues to the Engineering team and collaborate to resolve them efficiently. Provide detailed daily and weekly reports on progress, safety, and quality metrics to the Director of Field Operations. Maintain site safety standards and support a culture of zero incidents. Identify and recommend process and product improvements based on field experience. Field Project Manager Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management or field leadership for utility-scale solar construction (racking and tracker systems preferred). Proven background managing large field teams and coordinating multi-scope activities with EPCs and subcontractors. Strong understanding of solar construction methods, quality control, and field troubleshooting. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface confidently with clients and internal teams. Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. High sense of urgency and accountability with the ability to meet strict deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, NetSuite, and Smartsheet project tracking tools. Clean driving record and valid driver's license required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Key plant leader in safety culture and EH&S compliance, improvement initiatives.• Manage around 8 maintenance leads, technicians, and support team members across 3 shifts.• Provide training and technical support in repair and troubleshooting mechanical equipment.• Provide training, technical support in repair and troubleshooting electrical/electronic equipment.• Develop, train, audit, and assist as needed with preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and TPM program, execution.• Factory environment, possibly including heavy lifting, and areas where eye protection, hearing protection, and respirators are required.• Manage the planning, scheduling, tool, supplies, and MRO parts inventory in storeroomusing ,TabWare, Greatplainssoftware or equivalent.• Manage the maintenance of ground and housekeeping in the facility's internal ground and housekeeper resources.• Lead department productivity improvement, MRO, and energy cost reduction while improving downtime and equipment life.• Support Production in RCFA of safety and quality issues.• Participate in Lean Kaizen event as part of the plant's continuous improvement effort.• Support plant budget development and manage maintenance budget.• Support capital engineering projects (i.e., equipment, facilities/infrastructure, etc.) due diligence and implementation.• Other duties as deemed necessary by management.? Qualifications:• Experience working within OSHA safety guidelines and EHS best practices• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and respectfully across organization• Strong electrical, PLC/CNC troubleshooting capabilities• Strong mechanical aptitude• Experience with project development and machine moving, rigging and/or installation• Advanced computer skills; working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed• Ability to read, write and speak in Spanish is a plus? The Part Time Reading and Writing Tutor provides student tutoring/assistance in reading, writing, study skills, and time management and other academic success related topics. This position may also assist in the creation and presentation of academic success related workshops, lead study groups and assist in the computer lab. Requirements The Part Time Reading and Writing Tutor position requires an Associate's degree (or higher degree) in English, education, general studies or related fields or current enrollment at a university with a minimum 60 hours completed toward a bachelor degree. This position requires extensive knowledge of the writing process, grammar, time management, and effective reading strategies, willingness to learn new programs for teaching reading and writing skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
