This role supports an Automated Prescription Refill Centers (ARC) for major retailers in the areas of computer systems, mechanical systems, robotic systems, conveyance, and sortation systems Position Description The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance activities of Automated Refill Center to include mechanical systems (i.e. robotic, conveyor, high pressure air) as well as IT systems (i.e. computer, network, peripheral devices). The Maintenance Manager will also have direct responsibility of maintenance teams comprised of skilled and non-skilled trades, as well as development of those individuals. Reviews and analyzes reports, records and directives, and confers with managers/ supervisors/Customers to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered. Ensures the security and accountability of spare parts with inventory control. Will evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives and develop and implement improved procedures and practices. Will develop best practice SOPs around procedures and processes for both preventative and corrective maintenance activities Will work with customer directed computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) to track KPIs of maintenance team and increase performance Will work with vendors and internal automation vendors to maintain full and complete machinery drawing library to include, but not limited to: electrical, pneumatic, I/O, spare parts lists, CAD, vendor specification drawings Gives work direction, resolves problems, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work. Works with associated vendors to operate, maintain and support proprietary and shelf system software systems as well as automation integrated by McKesson Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains computer networks, hardware and software, to include I/O and PLC programming. Minimum Requirements 4+ years facilities engineering experience and demonstrated leadership skills Critical Skills Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, pass symptoms to root cause levels Familiarity with Networking, Routers, switches and integrating equipment Mechanical and electrical aptitude (conveyers, PLC, air pneumatics for example) Computer proficiency in MS Office to include Access, SQL Servers and Windows based PCs Professional communication skills both verbal and written Strong customer orientation Proven experience with success managing a team Additional Knowledge & Skills Computer: Troubleshoot network (Ethernet) systems. Job DescriptionBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance POSITION DESCRIPTION: Performs general and preventative maintenance and repairs on all physical structures and certain equipment as assigned. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Completes work orders and assigned work in a timely manner. 2. Keeps maintenance shop and storage areas neat and orderly at all times. 3. Maintains tools and equipment in good working order. 4. Performs maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc. 5. Conducts scheduled maintenance checks throughout the facility which may include assisting inspectors and contractors in the inspection, testing, and repair oof various equipment, building/mechanical systems and structures. 6. Responds to all emergencies such as fire, smoke, panic alarms, flooding, etc. 7. Completes special projects as assigned. 8. Participates in a rotating on-call weekend shift as assigned. 9. Is on-call for all disaster emergencies such as snow, ice storms, fire, tornados, and floods. 10. Performs duties as requested or assigned by management. 11. Regular and punctual in attendance. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND LICENSING: Must be knowledgeable of general building/mechanical systems. Ability to operate hand and power tools and equipment correctly and safely. Must be able to read common measuring instruments. Skilled in one of more of the following areas: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and painting. Imperative to have a strong positive attitude in working with residents and co-workers. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Graduate of technical school preferred. Must possess a valid drivers license. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to climb and use a ladder. Must be able to lift and/or carry objects in excess of 50 pounds and push upwards of 200 pounds using a rolling cart. Requires reaching above, below, and at shoulder level. Climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending mandatory. Follows all safety precautions including use of personal protective equipment. LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICAL, AND REASONING SKILLS: Must be able to read, write, and follow written and verbal directions.
