Warren Ayres is an Exec VP/CFO/Treasurer/Co-Founder at EAGLE OIL & GAS CO, Founder at FIDELITY SOUTHERN CORP, and EVP at EAGLE OIL & GAS CO and is based in Texas Area, Wichita Falls, Texas. Darrell S. Lohoefer currently serves as the Chief Executive Office having previously been the President and COO of Eagle Oil & Gas Co. based out of Dallas, TX. Lohoefer is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BS in Petroleum Engineering. While attending school all four years on an academic scholarship, he also worked during the summers in a roustabout gang for Getty Oil out of Sundown, TX. He also dis summer workr for Texas Pacific Oil Co. out of their Midland , TX office, working in various Permian basin fields from Levelland to Fort Stockton for TP. Upon graduation he worked for TP as an Production Engineer in their Abilene, TX office. There he worked the West Central Texas and Central North Texas areas. He began working for Eagle Oil & Gas Co. in 1981 in Wichita Falls, TX and was transferred to Dallas in 2009. At Eagle he worked wide ranging areas in the continental US from Montana to Mississippi. He directed Eagle’s activities as an early operator in the Barnett Shale resource play, including being the second operator to drill and completed a horizontal Barnett Shale well. Lohoefer has broad industry experience, having actively been involved in coal bed methane, Barnett Shale, Haynesville shale and West Texas Wolfcamp shale plays, with wells ranging from 500’ to 19,500’ both vertical and horizontal. He has been a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers International since college, and served as a local section officer in WF for over twenty years.

Matt Schroeder is a Chief Financial Officer at EAGLE OIL & GAS CO and is based in Wichita Falls, Texas. He has worked as Financial Analyst at EAGLE OIL & GAS CO and Senior Manager Finance at EAGLE OIL & GAS CO. Matt attended Midwestern State University until 1999 and Midwestern State University until 2006.
