Responsible for delivering and servicing all Eagle Rock Distributing Co. products within assigned accounts
Merchandises and stocks all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products
Manages, rotates, and maintains a neat inventory in each account
Provides excellent customer service to accounts, effectively resolves concerns or issues with professionalism and in a timely manner
Honors all personal and business commitments to all customers
Operates company vehicle safely, courteously, and obeys all traffic regulations
Responsible for completion of all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at all accounts, POD's collected and all related paperwork.
Completion of daily DOT pre-trips and post-trips.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required
Valid Driver License and DOT medical card required
Clear motor vehicle record for the past three (3) years required
Previous driving and/or delivery experience preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have excellent customer service skills

Must be able to meet company MVR standard
Excellent communication skills with customers and co-workers
Must demonstrate an ability to operate company vehicles and equipment safely and effectively

Physical Demands and Requirements
Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching and twisting for shifts lasting 8+ hours
May require sitting or standing for extended periods.
Regularly lifts and/or moves items weighing up to 40 lbs. without assistance
Occasionally requires the ability to lift over 170 lbs. with or without assistance
Requires pushing and pulling of loads up to approximately 350 lbs. with or without assistance
Environmental Conditions and Temperament
Job duties are performed in warehouse, at loading dock and inside and outside retail buildings.
Exposure to outside weather (heat and cold), walk-in cooler temperatures, exposure to fumes, vibrations and noise levels.
Ability to maintain a professional image in public eye while performing the duties.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation: $20-$22 per year

We are currently seeking a Fuel Transport Driver with an excellent driving record. Experience in the petroleum industry is preferred but not required. The right candidate will have a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements and a minimum of 1 year's tractor/trailer driving experience. Our drivers enjoy the generous compensation and the excellent benefits package we offer, which are detailed below. Based on schedule and performance, drivers may be eligible to receive the below pay differentials:
Night Shift Pay = $1.00/hour
Weekend Pay (both Saturday and Sunday schedule) = $1.50/hour
In addition to pay differentials, drivers will receive the following compensation:
Time-and-a-half pay for all hours over 40 in a workweek
Safety Enhancement Pay (for qualifying drivers) = $1.00/hour
Driver Trainer Pay (for qualifying drivers) = $25/day up to $500 + bonuses for successful post-training observations

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
Perform pre-trip inspections, including verifying routes, checking product counts, and completing safety checks in compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
Safely drive and deliver customer orders while following all federal, state, and company protocols.
Maintain proper load temperatures as specified in product specifications.
Unload products by hand or using a hand truck and place items in designated customer storage areas.
Verify deliveries, obtain signatures, collect payments (when required), and communicate discrepancies or returns.
Manage backhauls in accordance with dispatch instructions, jurisdictional compliance, and load efficiency.
Complete post-trip tasks, including unloading returns, submitting paperwork and payments, vehicle safety check, and secure parking.
Deliver exceptional customer service, handling any complaints professionally and effectively.
Promptly report accidents, injuries, or equipment damage.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum age: 21 years old.
Valid CDL License.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 75 lbs.
Ability to step up 17 inches and climb up to three rungs of a ladder.
