About the Opportunity
As a Non-CDL box truck driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our diverse range of beverages to our customers. You'll represent our company with professionalism and provide outstanding service while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
You must have a valid drivers license and med card. Basic operational knowledge of a lift gate, electric pallet jack, and 2 wheeler. Work is done both inside and outside in the elements.
This is a full-time position in our MONUMENT, CO location.
Specific job duties include:
Safely and efficiently drive delivery trucks to transport beverages to various customer locations.
Load and unload beverage products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Merchandising and stocking all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products
Managing rotation of product and maintaining a neat inventory in each account.
Completing all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at each account, and all related paperwork.
Maintain delivery logs, records, and necessary documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Adhere to all safety standards and protocols while handling and transporting beverages.
Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and address any delivery-related issues promptly.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.

Ability to reach, pull, twist, bend, stoop to move product
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

Can work safely year-round in varying weather conditions

Eagle Rock Distributing Company was formed in 2000 and today we distribute a wide-array of premium and craft beers, cider, import beers, wines, spirits, as well as non-alcoholic beverages and local products out of our locations in Georgia and Colorado. Compensation, Benefits and Application Window
Compensation range: $27.00/hour for 1st 3 months, $800/week after 3 months (plus commissions and bonus)
(Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level)

Average pay: $1,090-$1,325 weekly
Home time: Daily
Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience
Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
100% no-touch freight that is 95% drop-and-hook.
Drive in and out of railyards within 160 miles of Denver, CO.
Pay and bonus potential
Hourly pay and load pay.
Longevity bonus: Earn 3% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

About the Opportunity
As a Beverage Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of our diverse range of beverages to our customers. You'll represent our company with professionalism and provide outstanding service while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. This is a full-time position in our LOCATION, CO location.
Job Duties include:
Safely and efficiently drive delivery trucks to transport beverages to various customer locations.
Load and unload beverage products, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Merchandising and stocking all coolers to effectively increase sell-through of products
Managing rotation of product and maintaining a neat inventory in each account.
Completing all sales tickets, obtaining payment for product at each account, and all related paperwork.
Maintain delivery logs, records, and necessary documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Adhere to all safety standards and protocols while handling and transporting beverages.
Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and address any delivery-related issues promptly.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.

Ability to reach, pull, twist, bend, stoop to move product
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.

Compensation, Benefits and Application Window
Compensation range: $46,500 to $48,500 per year (including base pay, commissions and bonus)
