The Position
Prepare and serve meals to Eaglebrook students and faculty by following recipes while observing regulated sanitation protocols and standards. Responsible for proper processing or disposing of returned food. Clean and sanitize food prep stations and surfaces. Maintain a sense of urgency and understanding of when tasks must be complete. When necessary aid in all other areas of the dining services. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties
Maintains a clean and orderly work station in the kitchen to the standards set by the department.
Aware and capable of addressing special dietary needs properly.
Receives and stocks inventory, rotates products and alerts of products to order.
Follows standardized recipes to prepare and expedite food for meal service's.
Washes dishes, cleans and sanitizes food surfaces, empties trash and cleans the floor after every service.
Aids in dining hall setup/cleanup.
Qualifications
Three years experience in a high volume food service establishment.
Knife skills and knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.
Basic baking concepts.
Works well with others and has the ability to follow direction with competence and understanding.
Displays an attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
Provides a current Servsafe certificate.
Ability to lift thirty pounds.
Valid driver's license.

THE POSITION
Eaglebrook School actively seeks part-time employees to work in the Department of Safety &
Security. Reporting to the Director of Safety & Security, Security Officers at Eaglebrook School
implement a community-based support model for safety and security, while serving as the
primary responders to campus emergencies.
The vacant position will staff campus events and will be available to provide school transportation
off campus on a per-diem basis. The successful candidate will be available to staff during the week
and on the weekend in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Public Safety
Officers are required to work as part of a team to welcome guests to campus for school events,
athletic contests, and other functions. Officers are required to assist guests on campus with
parking and directions. Officers will provide transportation on campus for guests as requested.
Officers are also required to respond to and/or report any known problems or emergencies.
Officers will also be available to provide transportation off campus to airports, train stations, and
other destinations as needed.
Community Relations
Officers are required to provide support to the campus community by establishing positive and
collaborative relations within the community. Officers are encouraged to engage in appropriate

them about campus safety and security.
Administrative Functions
Officers are required to document and report all campus activity and incidents to a senior officer
in charge. Officers are required to attend training on or off campus as scheduled. Officers are
required to assist with the completion of other office or event-related duties as assigned.

Officers are required to behave in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner at all times.
Officers are required to comply with all Eaglebrook School policies, as well as the Safety &

ABOUT THE POSITION
Gann Academy seeks candidates for a full-time, in-person English teaching position for the 2026-2027 academic year. Position Summary:
The Director of Residential Life is responsible for managing the programming and well-being of the School's 100 residential students, its boarding faculty, and their families. Primary Responsibilities:
Residential Program Management - Build and maintain a fun, positive, and healthy residential community for students, faculty, and families. Establish and implement a curriculum for boarding students that provides meaningful weeknight schedules and activities, weekend on- and off-campus experiences, and opportunities for students to develop citizenship and character.
Administrative Leadership - Serve as a member of the Senior Team, Administrative Council, and PK-9 leadership team. Work with the Head of School, Assistant Head of School, Dean of Residential Students, and Chief Operations Officer to assign residential faculty housing. Maintain the Residential Handbook, train residential faculty, and provide ongoing support and guidance for continued professional development. Connect with outside organizations and peer schools to keep current with best programming and practices for junior boarding schools. Work closely with the Business Office and Human Resources to manage residential faculty, including onboarding.
Residential Life Culture - Along with the Dean of Residential Students, ensure that the residential program recognizes and celebrates the cultures of the program's students and the School's core values of honesty, compassion, and respect. Design and lead a program that provides a comfortable home away from home for students. Implement programming that connects day and boarding students.
Residential Program Operations - Oversee travel and vacation planning for boarding students in conjunction with the Dean of Residential Students. Collaborate with Flik leadership to provide healthy, diverse, and appealing meals for our residential community. Work closely with the Director of Campus Facilities to ensure that the physical plant supports the needs of students and residential faculty. Oversee use of residential software: Orah, Vidigami, and DAKboard digital signage.
Student Support and Guidance - Collaborate closely with the Dean of Residential Students to support all boarding students. Work with the Student Support Teams and communicate directly with the Head of the Upper School and the Head of the Middle School regarding any student concerns. Serve as a primary resource for parents of residential students. Manage student off-campus travel for weekends and vacations.
Faculty Management - Organize and communicate responsibilities for residential faculty. Provide direct mentorship to Administrators on Duty in their roles as residential supervisors. Serve as a resource for adult members of the residential community. Coordinate logistics for residential faculty, including but not limited to occupancy agreements, parking, census taking, boundaries training, and Buildings & Grounds work tickets.
Additional Responsibilities - Serve as an advisor to Upper School students. Coach one season, if possible. Attend faculty and staff meetings. Oversee the residential use of the Alta Avigilon access card system. Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Head of School.

Planning and Program:
Plan group and individual activities with other team members.

Typically, a Skills Teacher works with each student two to three times per week. Upper School Science Teacher, Grades 7-9 Reports to: Head of Upper School Status: Full Time, Benefits Eligible, Exempt Schedule: Orientation August 24 & 25, 2026; School year August 31, 2026, to June 15, 2027. Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Some required meetings throughout the year are scheduled from 4:30 to 5:30 pm.

Position Summary
The Upper School Science Teacher is a passionate, innovative, and collaborative educator who engages boys in Grades 7-9 through dynamic, student-centered teaching. This teacher will join a dedicated team to inspire students to think critically about scientific principles and their real-world applications. The role involves teaching 4 classes of 12 to 15 boys, collaborating with grade-level teams, and advising a small group of students. The curriculum emphasizes skills including conducting experiments, analyzing data, and engaging in project-based learning (PBL) to deepen students' scientific understanding and critical thinking.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Teach and Inspire:
Design and implement engaging science lessons that bring scientific concepts to life, fostering curiosity and a love for discovery.
Ability to teach Earth and Environmental Science, Physical Science, or Biology while leveraging hands-on experiments to enhance understanding.

Mentor and Advise:
Serve as an advisor to a small group of students, supporting their social-emotional growth, goal-setting, and academic progress over the time they spend in the Upper School.

Actively participate in the life of the school by attending meetings, grade-level activities, and school events.
Support extracurricular programs such as coaching sports, facilitating clubs, or leading grade trips.
Professional Development:
Pursue professional development opportunities provided by the school and beyond, staying abreast of best practices in science education and teaching methodologies.
Qualifications and Characteristics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Ability to create a student-centered classroom that fosters academic rigor, engagement, and positive relationships.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with boys and collaborate with families and colleagues.
Demonstrated commitment to justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in teaching practices.
Ability to provide various instructional practices to meet the learning needs of diverse learners.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, science, or a related field.
Master's degree in education, science, or a related field.
2+ years of teaching experience with middle school students or an equivalent age group.
Experience with project-based learning and educational technology integration.
Prior experience working in an all-boys school or understanding of boys' developmental needs.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $64,250 - $98,650, depending on qualifications and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Nurse is responsible for overseeing medical needs and ensuring that the overall general physical health of our students is met in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Provide first aid care and health assessment to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
Write care plans and coordinate the care of students with chronic or acute health conditions.
Assess and evaluate care specific to developmental stages
Maintains current documentation for each student of all services provided
Administer medications and monitor delegated medication administration

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching Jewish Studies classes and experiential modules
Preparing lessons and developing curriculum; teaching, leading, and guiding students
Managing and leading a portfolio of Jewish life programs (such as all-school retreats/shabbatonim, holiday and special programming, special events, etc.)
Working as a Jewish identity advisor to guide and mentor students through their Jewish journeys
Leading Zman Kodesh two (2) mornings per week and during other days of the school year when Zman Kodesh takes place (i.e., Rosh Chodesh, Jewish Holidays)
Israel Programming: Working collaboratively to plan and implement Israel educational programming, including but not limited to Yom HaShoah, Yom HaZikaron, and Yom HaAtzmaut
Qualifications
COMPETENCIES and SKILLS
A background in Jewish studies and/or good knowledge of Jewish texts and traditions
Must be proficient in English and familiar with Hebrew to carry out work as assigned
Experience working with teens, ideally in a Jewish summer camp or youth group environment
Knowledge of the subject matter and ability and willingness to continue to learn, research, and grow
Possess strong collaboration and team-oriented working and leadership skills, along with the ability to balance the pursuit of academic and institutional excellence with compassion and nurture for each individual
