What experience and background do you need to work at EandM as a Product Specialist?
Job Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in engineering with a background in automation, software, electronics, optics, or a related field
A background in Industrial Automation: connectivity, safety items, sensor fundamentals, and industrial networks.
A minimum of two (2) years sales or customer service experience in a technical field
Proven verbal and written communication skills, solid business, technical, and application-solving aptitude, sales presentation skills
Must have the ability to manage consistently to a common plan, providing field sales leadership in the implementation of corporate sales strategies.
A proficiency in program languages: Logic TIA, Allen Bradley RS Logic. In terms of ladder logic, familiarity would be desired, but not required.

Role and Responsibilities
Director, M&A and Strategic Investments, CBD Legal. This position would be in our Corporate Business Development (CBD) Legal group, and would report to the Managing Director, CBD Legal.
Deal Counsel. The attorney's primary role would be as deal counsel supporting all aspects of the Corporate Business Development group's activities, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic investments. Specifically, the attorney would be involved in:
Review M&A pipeline review decks and drive regulatory assessment review by antitrust, CFIUS and FDI counsel of potential transactions, including coordinating input from the applicable business unit leaders and technologists
Prepare and negotiate non-disclosure agreements
Work with internal tax and finance groups and external counsel on transaction structuring
Prepare and advise the deal team regarding the negotiation of term sheets
Conduct and coordinate due diligence investigations, including coordinating with Legal & Compliance Organization (LCO) groups and with IP counsel
Prepare legal and IP due diligence report-outs for the business and deal team

VTG is currently seeking a Tool Room Attendant to join our team in San Diego, CA at NAS North Island. What will you do?
Someone in this position specializes in operating one or more than one type of machine tool (e.g., jig borer, grinding machine, engine lathe, milling machine) to machine metal for use in making or maintaining jigs, fixtures, cutting tools, gauges, or metal dies or molds used in shaping or forming metal or nonmetallic material (e.g., plastic, plaster, rubber, glass).
Work typically involves: planning and performing difficult machining operations which require complicated setups or a high degree of accuracy, setting up machine tool or tools (e.g., installing cutting tools and adjusting guides, stops, working tables, and other controls to handle the size of stock to be machined.
The Machine Tool Operator determines proper feeds, speeds, tooling, and operation sequence or selects those prescribed in drawings, blueprints, or layouts). Work also involves using a variety of precision measuring instruments, making necessary adjustments during machining operation to achieve requisite dimensions to very close tolerances.
This worker may be required to select proper coolants and cutting and lubricating oils to recognize when tools need dressing, and to dress tools.

Education: Successful completion of high school is preferred.
Experience: Experience working in a tool and parts distribution role of a similar scope and size is preferred.
Other Qualifications: This position requires skills such as walking, running, climbing, crawling, jumping and other similar physical activities. The worker must be able to endure extreme climate conditions and be able to work in an outdoor setting
In general, the work of a Machine-Tool Operator (Tool room) at the skill level called for in this classification, requires extensive knowledge of machine shop and tool room practice usually acquired though considerable on-the-job training and experience.

Job Description:
Maintenance Technician to Support IC Manufacturing in Semiconductor Fab
Work with R&D semiconductor equipment in Keysight's High Frequency Technology Center Wafer Fab.
Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment that may use high vacuum, sub-micron precision, exotic chemistry, advanced imaging, and many other state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques.
Work closely with process engineers and operators to aid in both volume production and R&D process development.
Work with suppliers to select and purchase spare parts, and to coordinate service visits.
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs in a manufacturing environment.
Work closely with our Equipment Engineering team to:
Assist in the retirement of legacy tools
Develop written maintenance procedures
Install new process tools
Develop PM and repair procedures and determine spare parts requirements
Assist with implementing hardware improvements and automation projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Maintenance experience with manufacturing equipment or other complex systems.
