They have ok trucks. Super dirty when you first get them but ok
You will always be broke. Basically you run to make money for the company and to pay truck note but won't be able to afford your bills. Dispatch gives excuses on why they can't give you decent loads. They have you run loads that don't pay anything. When you complain they leave you sitting instead of trying to find a load that will help you get money.
None. This company is no good and full of lies.
Don't know the CEO or leadership. Never met them. But obviously he is getting money off us while we starve

The compensation
The brokerage management belittles their team 40 +hours out of the week. Borderline grounds that would go against federal law for habitual harassment, not just to one employee but at least half of them. Very disappointing because the company is awesome. The owners are great! If you can deal with being humiliated daily in front of everyone this would be a good fit.
Dealing with different people regularly and making new relationships.
