The person in this role works to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Responsibilities: Function as part of coordinated plan of service developed by supervisor and close collaboration with the youth's family and service providers. Provide service advocacy and education to enhance family functioning and stability Complete high quality service documentation.
