Low pay, bad management, no room for growth, favoritism amongst employees, a lot of driving with little compensation, use of personal vehicle, no bonuses or incentives to do a good job, etc
Fairly flexible PTO time
The office managers are okay, and understanding. The owner could care less about employees. Huge employee turnover rate due to low pay
I would pay employees more, better training, stop hiring new people every other day, group activities, set working hours, proper compensation for expenses
I prepared by wearing nice clothing and going for the interview. They hire anyone, even those without a related degree.
