Job Description Fox Den Country Club in Knoxville, TN is looking for one server/waitstaff to join our 91 person strong team. We are located on 12284 N Fox Den Drive. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. Essential Responsibilities: As a Beverage Cart Server Provides immediate attention to all members and guests on golf course. Takes members beverage orders and makes and distributes drinks while traveling around the golf course. Prepares alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Stocks and maintains the beverage cart to par levels and ready to serve at a moments notice. Checks back to ensure member satisfaction; replenish beverages as necessary. Cleans and maintains cleanliness of the beverage cart at all times. At times, assists serving of members at inside easting restaruants. Knows all menu items including specials, buffets and prices. Presents the bill to the member. Assures all tables are set-up properly. Keeps tables, dining room and wait station areas clean. Advises manager of any complaints as soon as they occur. Performs clean-up and closing duties. Enters and settles all beverage cart orders into the POS. Turns in closed check report and checks with manager. Attends line up meetings before each shift.
