Earth Tech company history timeline
Earth Tech was founded in 1991 by father and son team, Lewis and Ron Broadrick.
The President and Principals of Salus Engineering International had been working together as Earth Tech Microelectronics Services since 1997 to provide the highest quality technical equipment environmental, health, and safety evaluations to the manufacturers of semiconductor fabrication equipment.
In 2008, Bud joined Earth Tech and helped start and grow the commercial division for the company.
Stephen graduated from Clemson University in 2008 with his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and has completed masters level coursework at NC State University in the design of ground improvement and earth retention systems.
Salus Engineering International incorporated as an independent consulting company specializing in equipment product safety for complex machines in 2009.
In 2010, Earth Tech joined with financial partner RAF Industries.
Salus conducted a Design for Seagate SOP 39 Training October 23-25, 2012, at Seagate's Penang, Malaysia facility.

Stephen joined Earth Tech, LLC is October of 2017 as an Area Manager for North and South Carolina.

He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers the Florida Engineering Society and is a 2017 graduate of the Florida Engineering Leadership Institute.

Before completing his master’s degree, Kurt joined Earth Tech as a Design Engineer in the fall of 2018.
He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Florida Engineering Society and is a 2018 graduate of the Florida Engineering Leadership Institute.
Bryan graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in 2019 with his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with studies focused on geotechnical engineering.
Upon graduating UCF Bryan decided to leave the consulting field and joined Earth Tech as a Project Engineer in 2019.
In 2019, Salus Engineering International attended
John joined Earth Tech, LLC in January of 2020 as its Director of Strategic Acquisitions.
