1972: EAFHC was established as a nonprofit organization.
1974: EAFHC opened its doors to the public as a medical provider.
1978: EAFHC added dental services.
1997: EAFHC became accredited through The Joint Commission.
2001: EAFHC responded to the growing HIV/AIDS population in Crittenden County and surrounding counties by applying for and receiving federal funds to address this need through the Arkansas Delta AIDS Care Center.
2009: Healthy Partners in Blytheville (Mississippi County) opened in June 2009.
2010: Trumann Family Health Center in Poinsett County opened its doors in March 2010.
2012: Helena Family Health Center in Phillips County opened in October 2012.
2015: EAFHC opened its sixth medical facility in Earle (Crittenden County) on December 1, 2015.
2015: EAFHC began providing on-site cardiology services on Thursdays of each week through Southern Cardiology, a member of the Methodist Healthcare Family.
2017: Dental service was added at Earle Family Health Center in October 2017.
2017: EAFHC opened its seventh medical facility in Marvell (Phillips County) on December 18, 2017.
