Adapt coaching approaches to meet the unique needs of different squads. Build Trust, Collaboration and Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with squad members and business stakeholders through effective communication, influence, and radiating information. Contribute to Agile Community: Share practices, mentor peers, and proactively create opportunities to grow Geode's agile culture. Skills You Bring: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record in agile environments.
