The Maintenance Supervisor position exists to provide leadership and direction to the Maintenance employees. This position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and reliability of the plant manufacturing systems. Your focus would be to provide leadership and direction to the Production Maintenance Teams. You'll then run 1-3 pre-qualified appointments a day (all set for you)
Averages 6-15 appointments a week
Between appointments, you'll be closing loops - following up on open quotes, rehashing past opportunities, and turning old leads into new wins.
